这是一个浓郁、湿润、柔软的巧克力布丁蛋糕。
食谱最开始的起源来自于1898年纽约的 Brooklyn bakery ，由蛋糕惊人的浓郁巧克力味出名。这个蛋糕最特别的地方在于它的內馅是巧克力布丁，这个布丁和往常我们熟知的滑嫩的鸡蛋巧克力布丁不同，它更介于非常浓的巧克力奶油霜和巧克力甘纳许之间，集合了两者的优点，既有浓郁的巧克力味，又夹带柔嫩的口感，入口即化，回味无穷。
对于巧克力蛋糕的热衷爱好者，它战无不胜，所有人都赞不绝口，虽然做起来稍嫌复杂，但是结果绝对是值得的：）
