Hot fresh sweet soup alone where got enough? The next step is called 'Sam Sin Jing'! 3 types fresh seafood steam lo... To be placed on top of the boiling broth, now, u can choose ur desired fresh seafood; crab, tiger prawns, fish, scallop & etc! Steamboat & authentic fresh seafood, walao... Jeng dou... (sluurp-sluurp).

Frankly must tell u 1 thing lo. The food & seafood here are really really really fresh! Some are even live seafood! LV can still see some prawns kicking on the table!
