我一直都不是很喜歡教導我的技藝，最主要原因是我不喜歡讓人覺得我是對，他們是錯。因為無論如何，藝術是主觀的，我憑什麼評論你們的創作是好是壞？我還記得我有同學覺得Wu-Tang是給白癡的音樂（！？）也記得2000年代嘻哈的大老們對於亞特蘭大的憤怒，當他們正席捲著嘻哈界。我永遠不希望站在任何人的路途上扮演阻擋的角色，無論我喜不喜歡那樣的創作。但當這次能和老莫 ILL MO合作的機會冒出來，對我來說不用多想，做就對了。

快轉到這個月的課程，我只能說我真的很開心，也很榮幸，能夠認識你們，分享彼此的故事、你們的願景、你們的困境。謝謝你們信任我們，在這些時刻。

我也想謝謝我們的特別來賓Leo王，謝謝他來跟大家說說話。你的故事是我一直都敬重的也因而受到鼓舞，我非常高興大家能夠吸收到你的能量的一部分。

I’ve never been a huge fan of teaching my art, mainly because I’m afraid of making someone think I’m right and their wrong. Because at the end of the day, art’s subjective and who am I to tell you what you’re doing is ‘good’? I remember when some kids at my school thought Wu-Tang was music for dumb people (?!) or when all the old heads in Hip-Hop were pissed off at Atlanta when it was initially taking over in the early ‘00’s. I never wanted to play a role in stopping someone’s movement, regardless of whether or not it was art that I was into. But when the opportunity arose for me to be able to work with Ill Mo, it seemed like a no brainer.

Fast forward to this last month of classes, and I can only say it was truly a joy, honor and privilege to be able to meet and share this time with all of you. To hear all your stories, your worries, your aspirations, thank you for trusting us with these moments.

I wanna send a special thank you to our surprise guest Leo王 for speaking with us. Your process is always something I’ve admired and been inspired by. I’m glad the kids were able to absorb some of that energy.

And finally, thank you to Ernest, Momo, IP Dance Skool and all the students who participated. Thanks for making this all happen.
