Tequila education in general is hard to find, especially being able to learn from the Tequila Regulatory Council. It was nice to be in “student mode” again for a couple of days learning and focusing on the industry to expand my knowledge about tequila. Over 200 pages on the fermentation, distillation, regulations, appellation, the history and mythology, as well as the transformation of the spirit over centuries was taught to us and I must say, it was not easy! But yeah ✌🏼! I passed this, along with the tequila Patron a Masterclass that was offered by the Academia Patrón👌🏼!
