Far end at Gertak Sanggul, the fishing village next to Teluk Kumbar has some hidden gems worth excavating, especially for seafood lovers. Opposite to Gertak Sanggul Seafood Fishing Stage is Gertak Sanggul Tua Pek Kong Seafood 美湖大伯公海鲜. The seafood restaurant is found right next to a Tua Pek Kong Temple, facing the beach/ sea. The setup is simple- with some basic tables and chairs on beach sand, there is no proper restaurant setting here and the tables are quite limited making it less-accommodating for big groups. The menu is fairly small- most of the offering would depend on the catch of the day.

Super Deal Ramadan 也太超值了吧？

不知不觉已经迈入了四月，下个月即将迎来友族同胞的马来新年，也就是说目前是他们神圣的斋戒月。 一说到斋戒月，每家酒店就会相继推出斋戒月自助餐，让马来同胞们在开斋的时间可以饱餐一顿的丰盛晚餐，借此犒劳自己一整天下来的辛劳，当然是要对自己好一点吃顿好的。

因此今年Lexis Suites Penang 也推出了国土美食自助餐 （Sajian Selera Tanah Air），用餐地点也是挺浪漫的，就在酒店后方靠近沙滩，一边吹着海风，一边听着海浪声，再来上一口美食，画面还蛮写意的。

食物方面当然少不了烤全羊，Bubur Lambuk，Nasi Briyani， 红咖喱鸡，咖喱鱼，咖喱羊肉，虎虾，Lok Lok，沙爹，各种海鲜等等。 此外，精致的马来传统糕点，拉茶。

还有有特色的Arabian Section,色彩鲜艳的菜色令人垂涎欲滴。而烤全羊皮色泽油润，口感也不会干涩，非常可口。

还用经过长时间熬煮的 Soup Gearbox 也蛮有特色的，还多朋友都说味道不错。在一旁的烧烤看起来也蛮好吃的样子。

甜点方面则有各种各样的蛋糕甜点，款式众多难以抉择。 适合公司聚餐，好友聚会，家人晚餐等等。不需要自己动手拿食物，也不必担心卫生问题，酒店里的厨师将会站在每一个食物前帮你夹食物，达到标准SOP，吃得安心。
