昨天晚上尾牙結束回到家，洗澡，上床都快1點了。一早6:20就起床，搭高鐵到台中彩排，好久沒主持中午的尾牙，站了3.5鐘頭，送了300+紅包，趕回台北吃飯，回家，洗澡，超累的。但是今天尾牙也蠻好玩的，加上周興哲的演出👍一月的尾牙季，我跟你拼了！👊
Finished last nights year end party at 10pm, and by the time I got home, ate, showered, and wrote today’s cue cards, it was almost 1am. Then got up at 6:20am to catch the 7:30 train to Taichung. 9am rundown meeting, 10am final rehearsal, 11am lunch, 11:45 on stage. 3:30 finish. Rush back to Taipei. Eat. Shower. And now I’m pooped. 瘋狂而充實的週日行程！
A full day of crazy but productive schedule!

早上6:30起床趕高鐵，參加台中的學術演講，分享 #洢蓮絲 這兩年來令人興奮的 #膠原新生 的持續成效。12點趕回台北參加第二場藥師公會的學分演講，晚上在台大接著第三場學術研討，晚上10:30 到家攤在沙發上⋯⋯今天整個加起來三餐吃不到半餐，偶爾用這樣的方式減肥也挺不賴的，而且場場都有非常景仰的醫師同台，情緒更是亢奮！😆😆😆
Got up at 6:30am leaving for Taichung (western Taiwan) to present in the first symposium for #Ellansé , and rushed back to Taipei by high-speed train for the second lecture for Taipei Pharmacist Association. Last but not the least, the third symposium of the day for #Ellansé and AQ skin solutions in the evening. By the time I arrived home, it was already 22:30. Of the three meals of the day, I barely had a half meal in total, what a good way of dieting! Most importantly, I am thrilled to have the presence of some of the doctors that I have respected a lot in every symposium!
