super jolly 在 [器材] 請益Mazzer Super Jolly (MSJ)刀盤選擇- 看板Coffee 的美食出口停車場
各位前輩午安
小弟目前是家用
Mazzer Super Jolly搭配GEE
使用約半年
試過不同粗細度、水溫時間以及填壓手法
但風味總覺得不夠醇厚
直飲Espresso感覺是風味不夠集中、分散在各個區段
尾段雜味揮之不去
導致感受風味時會不夠醇厚
兌水啜飲時感受更深(不好意思，形容有點抽象)
第一直覺是想換刀盤
推測這組設備有更大的改進空間
爬文過PTT、Mobile01、HB群
其中本版的Number5大換用SSP Red Brewing刀盤文章非常心動
但小弟Espresso：手沖的使用頻率約9：1
因此盲狙是第一選擇想到SSP Sliver K
night系列
因其刀紋是仿高價機種故認定其不可替代性
但苦於各拍賣網站目前皆無現貨
只有Red Brewing刀盤還有現貨
直接詢問原廠單買Sliver Knight是220USD(價格比市面上刀盤高過不少)
也有詢問咖啡朋友則說換上鈦刀刀盤
不會輸SSP太多
因此興起挑選SSP以外的想法
想詢問各位前輩有無其他用過其他刀盤的心得能夠分享？
