I came across Serena Williams quote today, when I wasn't feeling particularly up to doing anything (one of those kinds of days).... then I slapped myself and made this video. (The eternal Optimist). I touch on "spirit". No one but you can control that. So when life gets you down, think about my stories in the video I hope they get you thinking.
