Here's a sneak peek into our Pink Merchandise Photoshoot! Thank you Estee Lauder Companies Malaysia for the partnership with MODA Malaysia. Featuring 16 designers & 20 merchandises, see how everything was put together by our dedicated team & look forward to see the outcome featuring on our MODA Instagram coming very soon!

All merchandises will be sold at vending machines placed at 4 leading shopping malls in the
Klang Valley, namely, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Mid Valley MegaMall, Sunway Pyramid and Av-
enue K. Thank you to our vending machines partner YL Creative Vending Enterprise for their generous support. All fund raised will be given to the Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia, Cancer Research Malaysia, College of Radiology Malaysia and National Cancer Society of Malaysia to support treatment, mammograms, awareness & research for breast cancer.

It's not easy to keep your cool when a camera is pointed at you. You feel nervous and uncomfortable and suddenly you forget how to be normal.

Well, that happens to everyone. You are no different. The only thing you can do is learn how to navigate through those feelings and learn to be comfortable with the camera.

Sharing my thoughts on Intermittent Fasting and how I eat in the day!

Day 3 of the no sugar challenge and I feel my energy coming back again. I don't fast every day, but I do it quite regularly and I really have nothing but good things to say about it.

My favourite way to work out is in a fasted state. I find that my stamina, my mind, my body are all a lot more clear and function at a much higher efficiency than when I have eaten.

Because of that, I do intermittent fasting quite a lot and have actually been doing it for years without knowing that it actually had a name.

We were also on a photoshoot today, which was very fun as I got to catch up with a few other friends of mine who I haven't seen pre-pandemic! Jacob Webber, a very old friend of mine was on the shoot with me and him and I had a blast. He commandeered the vlog for a while and I think he did an impeccable job!
