Nothing’s gonna stop us!!!!
How many #burpeeswithoalchallenge #50burpeesfor30dayschallenge 2021 finishers? I don’t know. Many are doing it, many has completed the challenge. The last one in 2019, we organised a party to celebrate, but nothing’s gonna stop us from celebrating this time!
#oalworkoutsquad did a zoom celebration for all finishers, these are not all of them, I think we have about 60% of the squad to toast and celebrate.
Definitely worth celebrating! The party lasted more than 3 hours 😅. I told them everytime when I do my #oalworkout live, they can see me, but now I can see them too! And I get to listen to their testimony, their experience, their journey. A group of inspiring and amazing women. Coming from all walks of life, playing different roles in the society, age from 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. Learning from each other, empowering each other.
Most important, all did super well in this 30 days 50 burpees challenge. Salute to all of you. And I’m honoured to have you in the team.
I have always wanted to create a community that can help and empower each other to grow together (since 2000 when I join miss Malaysia world), ya, I really had that thought in my heart. Finally I get to do it now, it all started from a small intention of sharing my own fitness journey.
Love you all, let us stay strong, stay beautiful, stay healthy, stay fit, stay happy and face any upcoming challenges together, we can do so much more.

Are we ready for another ab challenge?? Let's build a strong core and toned abs. Your goal is to complete 500 plank and crunches. At the end of this workout, your abs will be on fire!! Grab your family and friends and let's complete this together!!

So after years of loving doggies we finally got around to adopting a puppy! We originally really wanted either a standard schnauzer or a labrador retriever but as we looked at doggies more we realized just how many doggies are abandoned and left in the wild and decided that we should definitely adopt instead!
Meet Rocky! A 5 week old mixed puppy rescued by HKPAWS in Hong Kong. Rocky was found in the wild with his siblings when he was just 3 days old! Luckily it was towards the end of the Summer in September and cooler out otherwise the pups might not have made it as their eyes and ears weren't open yet and they were rather helpless.
After a few weeks of being rescued Rocky and his siblings grew into adorable and strong little pups and we loved him right when we saw him! While we originally went to meet Rocky's brother, the Lady who ran the Shelter immediately recommended Hunter ( Rocky's original name) to us after finding out that we were athletes and would love a high energy dog!
As a rescue pup Rocky took a while to learn to trust us, but we made sure he was always comfortable and gave him lots of love and attention. He definitely opened up to us over the next few weeks and we began our adventures together!
Here is the first day where it all begins!

Intense Cardio & Core KICKBOXING Partner Workout | Joanna Soh
This is probably the first workout which I struggled to finish!! No joke, it is INTENSE and I felt my core and legs on fire even after the next few days. OMG! You'll be burning lots of calories, build your core strength and tone up! So grab your partner and let’s have fun in this kickboxing partner class because you'll need it to push each other and finish the class strong together! If you don’t have a partner, don’t worry, you can still do this class on your own.
Sequence: 3 circuits focusing on cardio, lower & upper body strength and core
