Thursday was the most productive day I’ve had in the past 4 weeks. It’s no coincidence that getting my own training back on track coincided with me finally getting back in the groove of smashing my to-do list, reconceptualising our product and coaching sessions left, right & centre 💪🏽

I find it tough in Langkawi to find balance. Every single day I’m in KL I work 15 hours a day, for months on end with only the occasional morning or evening off. I love it, but it does wear the engine a tad having the pedal to the floor the whole time 🥵 and when I get here the drive certainly slows a bit.

Business gurus love to tell you they’ve got the secret but I think everyone has to work out theirs. I’ve learnt about myself that I do work best in blocks. Bodybuilders call it cycles, techies call them sprints. Whatever 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’ve only got “Go Hard” or “Go Home”. The latter still involves me doing several hours a day, but the focus & efficiency drops.

And in the past week I think I’ve worked out how to make it a fuckload more likely 🔥 The fire is stoked again. February doesn’t know what it’s got coming.

All my life, I have been an athletic person and relentlessly in pursuit of becoming a better version of myself through fitness.

During the MCO, Kevin and I were having conversations about our visions of motivating people to transform their body through adjustments of lifestyle habits.

When the opportunity to team up together emerged, I was excited as we both share similar goals and dreams.

At Movement Dynamics we believe in creating long lasting sustainable results.

To achieve this, we tackle the root cause of the problem which are your habits that got you there in the first place.

We coach our clients step by step in their journey helping them progressively transform their eating and training habits to help them achieve fat loss and build muscle.

We build programs to fit our clients and not the other way around. Clients start with an assessment session with our coaches and as we learn more about the client while working with them, we constantly tweak the program to better fit their eating/training habits and lifestyles.

We will be having our first fitness / CSR event in September and we would like you to be part of it!

We're huge fans of Star Wars and stoked to Star Wars The Last Jedi. We shot this over 2 days in Vancouver BC Canada in Stanley Park. We've been wanting to do this video for awhile ever since we met David Barron and saw his crazy contact sword skills and thought he looked like a Jedi using the force to move the swords around his body so we figured why not make a Star Wars themed video out of it.
