想請問provision 與 stipulation 當作條款時的差異
我查Longman上是寫說：
provision
- a condition in an agreement or law
stipulation
- something that must be done, and which is stated as part of an agreement, law,
or rule
不過還是不太清楚兩者在使用時的差異說 XD ~~
example:
conversion provision - 証卷轉換條款
law-making stipulation - 立法條款

stipulation應譯為「（契約）規定」；而provision則多指「（法律）規定」
