Cheese Tart Homemade 👩🍳🍓
Nak buat cheese tart ni kena sediakan Shell dulu ya ..utk satu adunan dapat dalam 60 biji Shell...Shell ni Frh dah readykan sehari sebelum..walau pun Shell ni x secomel profesional yang sediakan tapi hasilnya tetap sedap😆
Resepi Shell :
300gm tepung gandum
170gm butter
50gm gula aising
1 biji telur
1 tsp esen vanila
Acuan secukupnya
👩🍳Putarkan butter dan gula dgn senduk kayu atau spatula..x perlu mix kan lama sgt..masukkan telur dan esen vanila..masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit..uli hingga lembut..KLu adunan masih melekat kat tgn boleh tambah tepung sedikit.
👩🍳Letakkan doh tadi dlm acuan ikut nk tebal mana, sebelum bakar cucuk kat tgh dgn garpu..bakar pada suhu 170 darjah selama 25 minit..
Resepi Cheese Tart 🍓
250gm Cream cheese - keluarkan dari peti ais 20 minit sblm nk pakai
50gm gula Castor
1 biji telur
1/2 tsp esen vanila
👩🍳Putar cream cheese dan gula dgn mixer hingga berkrim, masukkkan telur dan esen putar hingga sebati. Masukkan dlm piping bag.
👩🍳Shell tadi boleh diletakkan dgn filling ikut citarasa..Frh letak blueberry dan strawberry(dh siap jual kat kedai bakeri)..lepas letak filling paipkan cheese tadi..bakar sekejap selama 5 minit dgn suhu 170 darjah. Cheese tart dh masak bila cream kat atas tu x melekat kat jari bila disentuh.
👩🍳Utk hiasan kat atas tu...ambik sedikit cream cheese yg dh putar tadi, letak pewarna..then lorek2 kan ikut kreativiti masing2..boleh guna lidi yg halus..Frh x kreatif so mcm tu la hasilnya😆👩🍳
