正念練習不斷的激發我的熱情,與我共同工作的夥伴還有我在乎的人也不斷的將這份熱情分享,並一起創造這樣的氛圍。
我感受到目標和意義,過程中得到很大的收穫,這樣做的目的也加深對自己的了解,現在看見自己的脆弱很自在,從而練習感恩!
要成為自己的最佳版本,需要付出很多努力,而第一步要從一個想法和一個決定開始!
Mindfulness has had a huge impact in my life together with its daily practices which eventually shapes into new habits. These new habits creates a new personality and this new personality shapes a new reality.
I have been tapping into this passion of mine to share and co-create space for those that I work and care about. I feel a sense of purpose and meaning, and that brings the best out of me, as the intentions are to get to know ourselves in a deeper level, feel comfortable with being vulnerable and practice gratitude!
To become the best version of ourselves takes work, lots of work, and the first step starts with one thought and one decision!
