Brunch Menu💓 包括: Rustic Tomato Bread、Poached egg / Rocket with Pumpkin Purée、Sausage Platter、Beef short ribs / Roasted Octopus、Black Paella / Peppered Rib Eye、Spanish Dessert Platter。愛喝酒的朋友仔,更可加$100-500/人,仼飲2小時哦~
Peppered Rib Eye🍖,粉嫩色的肉眼扒,賣相討好。肉質軟腍,咀嚼間滲出牛脂甘香,很不錯呀。
Black Paella🖤,全黑的西班牙海鮮燉飯,有型有款! 採用八爪魚🐙、青口、魷魚 和 鱸魚🐟製成,材料豐富。但味道略鹹,淡一點更好。
Poached egg🥚,把温泉蛋拌匀麵包脆脆,口感豐富,味道更有層次。
Spanish Dessert Platter🍫,份量也太多了吧! 有苦甜朱古力撻、滑溜焦糖燉蛋、肉桂蛋糕🍰和水果🍉哦。

It’s an almost yearly tradition to throw a mini gathering at home for Christmas... although it’s a little quieter this year, 2020 is still a year worth celebrating as it’s a year of growth for many of us! I’m glad I got to do my Christmas feast shopping so conveniently and easily this year; thanks to the ultra-huge Christmas feast offerings by @coldstoragesg. In this episode, we headed down to Carnivore to rampage through a Brazilian AYCE Steakhouse Buffet! Carnivore, located at Chijmes, is a Churrascaria, which is a buffet restaurant that specialises in Churrasco (Spanish/Portuguese-style Grilled Meat). Only offering dinner service, prices range from $59++ to $69++ depending on the day for an all-you-can-eat Brazilian buffet.
Due to the Covid-19, their usual salad bar, where you could pick 15 different hot and cold sides, is now an ala minute service. Sides range from the iconic Brazilian dish, Feijoada, which is a black bean stew cooked with chunks of beef and pork, to salads.
Their meats are still served similar to the standard rodizio style, where meat waiters roam around with skewers of delectable meat, offering portions to tables. However, the carving is done at an isolated table and a designated staff member brings it to your table upon request. Choices range from beef, chicken, lamb, fish and pork, including beef hump, beef short ribs, beef brisket, chicken hearts, butterfish and lamb leg.
Realising that having them serve me their usual way would be too slow, I brought my giant plate along and had them plate a sumptuous meat feast. I got every single one of their grilled meats, rounding it off with their feijoada set. The feijoada set actually stood on its own very well versus the grilled food. The combination of the stew, garlic rice, sautéed kale and toasted cassava flour (farofa) brought many contrasting flavours and textures together in wonderfully pleasant fashion.
The standout meats would be the beef brisket, beef short rib and beef rump. Each were spectacularly tender and rich with a deep meaty flavour. Carnivore also offers a selection of sauces to go along with your meat, with the ideal one being chimichurri, a vinegar-heavy sauce that helps to cut through the fattiness of the meats.

士多啤梨 6 Strawberry
豬仔骨 400g Pork Ribs
調味料:
紹興酒 1tsp Shaoxing Wine
豉油 1tsp Soy Sauce
砂糖 1/2tsp Sugar
粟粉 2tsp Corn Starch
胡椒粉 少許 Pepper Powder
醬汁:
士多啤梨果醬 40g Strawberry Jam
白醋 15g White Vinegar
鹽 1/8tsp Salt
「可口可樂」 50ml "Coca-Cola"
砂糖 15g Sugar
雞蛋 1 Egg
麵粉 100g Flour
粟粉 1tsp Corn Starch
水 10ml Water
1.士多啤梨洗淨切片切粒備用
2.豬仔骨切件加入調味料醃30分鐘
3.豬仔骨沾上麵粉後沾上蛋再沾上麵粉
4.以中火炸熟豬仔骨盛出等兩分鐘,再以大火炸至金黃色
5.醬汁煮滾加粟粉水煮至濃稠離火,加入士多啤梨拌勻
6.豬仔骨上碟後淋上醬汁完成

Hello friends! Today we're going to show you how to make Spanish classic chilled soup for summer: Gazpacho(and yes, it's vegan ❤️ ).
Gazpacho is one of the best known Spanish dishes. It originates from the South of Spain, the Andalusia area. In there, most gazpacho recipes include stale bread, tomato, cucumbers, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, sherry vinegar, water, and salt. Especially during hot summer days, cold gazpacho is ideally to enjoy as an appetizer.
Today, gazpacho has different varieties. But in this video, we wanna show you the most popular and classic tomato based version. Served cold and enjoy with homemade croutons, it’s so good in summer. Enjoy. :)

How to make Spanish Gazpacho Soup,
Spanish Gazpacho cold Soup Recipe
☞ Yield: 4~5 servings, 150ml/cup
✎ Ingredients
beef tomatoes & cherry tomatoes 420g
cucumber 75g
green bell pepper, 35g
red bell pepper, 35g
red onion 20g
garlic 2g
old bread 2 slices (22g)
olive oil 12g (1.5 tbsp)
sherry vinegar 12g (1tbsp, vinagre de Jerez)
salt Q.S.
a pinch of black pepper
homemade croutons Q.S.
Instructions
1. Cut the baguette slices into small pieces. Set aside.
2. Slice off the stem-end of the green bell pepper, remove the ribs, veins and seeds away, then cut into small pieces. Repeat the process for red bell pepper.
3. Cut the onion into thin slices.
4. Cut off the root end, and peel the skin from the clove. Slice the clove into thin pieces.
5. Cut off the stems of cucumber, then peel the skin and slice into a platter.
6. Cut the tomato in half, and remove the stem and core. Cut the tomato into small wedges.
7. Place the tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic into a food processor or blender, blend until very smooth.
8. Add baguette bread and
soak completely with vegetable puree until soft. Season with salt and black pepper, drizzle olive oil as you like, and add the sherry vinegar. Cover the lid and blend until well combined.
9. Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary. 10. Strain the mixture through a strainer, pushing all the liquid through with a spatula and discard the solids. Chill until very cold for hours or overnight.
11. Cut the baguette in half, then cut in half lengthwise and slice into bite-size. Set aside.
12. Mince garlic. Combine olive oil and minced garlic, and then drizzle (the bread) with oil evenly.
13. Place the breads onto a baking sheet. Season with black pepper and Parmesan. If you like, you can season with salt.
14. Preheat oven to 170C, bake for 12-14 mins or golden brown.
15. Remove the croutons from oven, let cool.
16. To serve, pour gazpacho into a cup or a bowl, put some ice cubes, garnish with tomatoes, chopped cucumber, homemade croutons and a drizzle of olive oil.
