Dear friends, volunteers and sponsors,
Our commitment remains. Kechara Soup Kitchen is still operating to ensure that the most vulnerable have access to food and essentials. The homeless and the low-income hurt the most in these times. Many depend on daily wage jobs and have limited access to food and essentials.
In compliance with the Movement Control Order, we will be transitioning to delivering Emergency Food Boxes to at-risk families and our homeless friends. During this period, the wellbeing of our clients, volunteers and staff is our top priority. We will be taking safety precautions and will have a limited volunteer list in order to minimize risk.
We urgently need funds and food donations in order to prepare food boxes.

オーストラリアの森林火災に対して、Farmers Marketでも何か取り組めないかと考え、1/12に行った炊き出しでは107,365円の寄付が集まりました。

今回は @tokyobinzumeclub のトマトチャツネとALL FARMさんの大根のほか、前日のマーケットの売れ残りのお野菜を買い取り、それらを使ったスープを @moriedakan シェフが作ってくださいます！

また、ALL FARMさん特製のふろふき大根と、マーケット発の食メディア @appetite.press チームによるシルクスクリーンのチャリティトートバッグ＆ポップコーンをご用意します。

こちらのイベントでドネーションとして集まったお金は、運営費を除いた全額をオーストラリア・ニューサウスウェールズ州の消防署（NWS Rural Fire Service）に寄付をします。

We are holding a charity soup kitchen for the Australia’s bushfire on Sunday the 2nd, with the support from Chef Kan Morieda and All Farm! .
There will be tomato and daikon soup, furofuki daikon and popcorn as well as charity tote bags by @appetite.press.

All collected donations except operation costs will be donated to the NSW Rural Fire Services. Come along with your own cups and cutlery to reduce as much waste as possible :)

We’ve made limited APPETITE totes for bushfire relief, featuring a special Aussie illustration of some Aussie native creatures by @midnightgracie. As well as Aussie salted popcorn from @momogfarm!
