The pentatonic scale is at the core of nearly every modern guitarist's solos. They are used in almost every style of music in some form, everywhere around the world. They sound absolutely great, and are the perfect framework for hanging more advanced harmonic concepts around, but do you know them as well as you should?
It doesn't matter if you have never even played a pentatonic scale before, or if you've got them down pretty well but need to really take your understanding and ideas up a level, this is the ultimate pentatonic box set that you need to accomplish your pentatonic goals!
Starting with the 'Beginner' pack; this package will introduce you to the basic shapes and idea of the pentatonic scale. This is your chance to build a real familiarity with the scale and get to grips with some slightly more complicated techniques. After you have these ideas down, it's onto some more involved licks that show you the real potential of the pentatonic scale! After the licks comes an absolutely rocking solo that is highly accessible yet laced with a few challenging ideas to keep you on your toes and pushing those boundaries.
Finally, it's time for the 'Advanced' package; this is where things really start to get fiery with exercises and concepts that will challenge even the more advanced players out there! Luca really pulls out all the stops with this pack in order to take your current pentatonic abilities and give them a massive boost! The licks here are more physically and mentally challenging, are are just what you need to take your solos to whole new heights! We finish on a kick-ass solo that will blow you away, utilising all the ideas and concepts from the whole series into one mega solo. Luca is on top form here, and if you can master this one, you will be too!

A 20 minute non-stop muscles and heart rate pumping workout for every intermediate/advanced trainer.
This routine will not only burn stubborn fat but it will also improve your fitness level and muscular endurance. This workout is doable for strong-beginner, all you need to do is follow the modification.
Warming up your body before training is crucial. I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm-up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with slow-moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. As a warm-up, you can do Round 1 with a slow-moderate pace before you start your actual working pace.

Level 3 workout. This time with new exercises that are challenging enough for every intermediate/advanced trainer and it is also doable for every beginner (follow the beginner version).
Do it and you will feel the burn.

Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Going through the Round 1 format with easy-moderate effort before you starts your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 1-2 minutes break. Depending on how fit you are, somehow it gonna hurt... but hey, it's only 10 mins! and the pain that you feel is what keeping the stubborn fat screaming! Right? ;)
