I cannot believe that I used to push myself to accomplish big things because that is the only achievement I know. Of course, it was stressful, frustrating and I almost could not be grateful for all the small accomplishments I've achieved along the way.
It took me years to understand those minor improvements daily can lead to much more significant improvements over time - so I shouldn't be stressing over big ones. Life is an exciting journey, but the things we want are rarely handed to us on a plate. We have to work towards them, and we start by taking one single, small step.
Every little step you take is progress. You should be proud of your hard work, for your determination. You will be where you want to be, one day 🌻
