旺角懷舊港式西餐廳🌅 - Bellevue Bar and Grill

呢間西餐廳位於大廈23樓,景觀開場,係度睇日落係幾正既。食物方面,我自己最鍾意烤虎蝦伴香草蕃茄醬意粉,虎蝦都幾大隻,蕃茄醬濃郁,酸酸甜甜,味道係懷舊港式西餐既味道,係細細個學人去食西餐既果種味道呀。另外,烤澳洲羊架都唔錯。小食方面,叫左兩款都係香口野,分別係忌廉蘑菇田螺同炸洋蔥圈。最後甜品係火焰雪山,聽個名都已經好有回憶😆雪山裡面係朱古力雪糕,底層係海綿蛋,雪糕好味。飲品方面,選擇都幾有特式,餐牌上面都寫晒ingredient,我覺得按個人口味去揀,一定會㨂到一杯係自己鐘意飲既。

呢間高級中菜館位於東涌喜來登酒店,由摘星中菜名廚鍾志強師傅主理,鍾師傅為現有既招牌菜式加入全新元素,令人眼前一亮

前菜采悅三小碟(圖4)有甜甜酸酸既玉葡萄(紅菜頭莓果醬冬瓜)、水晶花膠凍同江南醉鴨。然後到金黃焦脆既至尊炸釀蟹蓋(圖1),雖然係炸,但食落就唔覺油膩,仲要有拉絲鮮甜蟹肉 🦀 再來杏汁花膠燉菜膽(圖2),係我最鍾意既一道菜,花膠非常厚身入口感受到滿滿既骨膠質,杏汁味道亦超香濃,個人覺得係必點菜式之一。

主菜方面,一定要推薦招牌菜三十頭吉品鮑扣鵝掌(圖3),吉品鮑份量十足而且好入味,中間溏心且口感軟腍,令人一食難忘!另外,黃豆酥白雪魚(圖5)同當紅脆皮雞(圖7)賣相亦非常精緻。火曈菊花菜(圖8)係菜膽切成菊花型配上熬製左8小時既雲南金華火腿上湯,靚到唔捨得食。

甜品方面,薑味繡球其實係薑汁豆花(圖6),但師傅將豆腐做得超美,「繡球」係師傅將豆腐僅於90秒內切120刀而成,絕對係功夫菜呀。另外一道甜品係造型超可愛既西瓜凍(圖9),大人細路見到都會超開心呀。

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make lemon bars with buttery crust and smooth citrus filling. They are so good.
Lemon is the most popular fruit in the world. It can make everything better. Lemon wedges and slices are often served with seafood and as a garnish for a drink. Lemon juice can be used raw in drinks, dishes, and desserts in recipes, like lemon bar.
This recipe is pretty simple, the flavor of crust and lemon filling is so yummy and so balanced. In this video we’re showing you step by step. If you are a fan of lemon, this lemon bar recipe is a MUST-TRY! So take some fresh lemons, yellow or green are both OK. Just bake it. :)

How to make lemon bars
☞ Baking pan size:18x18x5 cm
✎ Ingredients
📍 crust
all-purpose flour 120g
powdered sugar 40g
frozen unsalted butter 90g, cut into small cubes
salt 1g
📍 lemon filling
medium size egg 2
granulated sugar 160g
fresh lemon juice 80g
all-purpose flour 50g
✎ Instructions
1. Butter the pan, and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
2. Sieve the flour and powdered sugar, then add them and cold butter and salt to the food processor. Pulse the mixture until you have a crumb like mixture.
3. Place crumb dough in a baking pan and use fingers or any tools to flatten into the prepared pan.
4. Preheat the oven to 170°C, bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
5. While baking, In another mixing bowl, beat together 2 eggs and granulated sugar until combined.
6. Sieve the flour into the bowl until mixed well.
7. Pour the fresh lemon juice and whisk until all combined.
8. Once the crust is done. Pour lemon filling mixture into the prepared crust directly out of the oven. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. (170°C), then cover the pan with foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Once baked, Let cool completely on a wire rack. Then fridge for at least one hour.
10. Before serving, cut the outer edge off of each side, dust with powdered sugar and cut into bar shape or square shape as you like.

雪糕涼粉,雜果涼粉
(父親節)
材料:
罐頭雜果825克(大)1罐
罐頭涼粉530克 1罐
Oreo 雪糕(細)1杯
程序:
1. 罐頭雜果及罐頭涼粉,預先冷凍。
2. 預先準備一個玻璃盤。
3. 打開雜果及涼粉,倒去涼粉罐內水分。
4. 涼粉,倒在玻璃盤內。
5. 戴上透明膠手套。
6. 涼粉,用生果刀切粒。
7. 從冰格取出雪糕。
8. 預備好甜品杯。
9. 雪糕,倒入杯內,加入涼粉粒及雜果粒,雪糕雜果涼粉完成。
10. 涼粉粒,放另一個杯內,加入雜果粒,雜果涼粉完成。
11. 可享用。

(Fathers' Day )
Ingredients:
Canned mixed fruit 825g (large) 1 can
Canned grass jelly 530g 1 can
Oreo ice~cream (small) 1 No.
Steps:
1. Put the cans into refrigerator.
2. Prepare a glass ware.
3. Open the cans. Pour the syrup away from the grass jelly.
4. Grass jelly, pour into the glass ware.
5. Wear a pair of transparent gloves.
6. Grass jelly, cut in cubes with a fruit knife.
7. Take the ice~cream from freezer.
8. Get dessert cups ready.
9. Ice~cream, put in the cup. Put grass jelly cubes and mixed fruit on top. Ice cream mixed fruit grass jelly, completes.
10. Grass jelly cubes, put in another cup. Put mixed fruit cubes on top. Mixed fruit grass jelly completes.
11. Serve.

酸辣蘿蔔片
材料:
白蘿蔔2個
辣椒仔6隻
冰糖150克
七喜1罐
白醋100毫升
程序:
1. 蘿蔔,刨皮,刨2次,清水洗乾淨。
2. 蘿蔔,先切去兩端,放一邊。
3. 蘿蔔,打直1開2,切去兩邊,放一邊,再打直1開2。
4. 蘿蔔,小心打直刨薄片,放玻璃盤內。
5. 辣椒仔,切粒,放玻璃盤內。
6. 冰糖,清水洗乾淨,放玻璃盤內。
7. 加入白醋100毫升在玻璃盤內。
8. 加入七喜在玻璃盤內。
9. 放入雪櫃2小時
10. 完成,可享用。
11. 剩下的蘿蔔,可切細舊,再浸白醋2日,可食用。
Sweet and sour sliced radish
Ingredients:
White radish 2 Nos.
Chili 6 Nos
Rock sugar 150g
7up 1 can
White vinegar 100ml
Steps:
1. White radish, get it peeled twice. Rinse thoroughly.
2. The radish, cut both ends, put aside.
3. The radish, divide into 2 shares vertically, cut both sides, put aside. Divide it vertically into 2 shares again.
4. The radish, get it thinly sliced vertically. Put into a glass ware.
5. Chili, get it diced. Put in the glass ware.
6. Rock sugar, get it rinsed, put in the glass ware.
7. Add white vinegar 100ml into the glass ware.
8. Pour 7up into glass ware.
9. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
10. Complete. Serve.
11. The remaining radish, cut into small pieces, soak in white vinegar for 2 days, can be served.
