以前不太注意自己怎麼吃，都是想到什麼吃什麼。今年夏天，我嘗試了幾種養身的飲食，綠拿鐵是其一。每天感覺身體需要的，看到冰箱有什麼合適的蔬果類，快速洗洗切切過水燙一下，丟進果汁機啪啦啪啦啪啦就完成了。
不過啊，想做一杯漂亮的綠拿鐵，真的要慎選朋友。

草間彌生在紐約植物園的展覽大型雕塑品「跳舞的南瓜」。太喜歡這個展了！因為藝術品和植物園的植物做結合，我想不同季節去看，會有不同的視覺效果。值得再回去看！
