Sri Sawadee Thai Fusion Café (ศรีสวัสดีร้านอาหารไทยฟิวชั่น) is one of the best examples of Thai fusion food. For example, grilled pork (หมูปิ้ง) is served in Hispanic-style tortilla wrap. :-)
How about Japanese soft-shell crab, Italian pasta and Thai-style seasoning? This dish is called Soft Shell Crab Thai Aglio Olio! :-)
