NEW YEAR RESOLUTION NUMERO UNO:
One of my biggest New Year Resolutions for 2020 is to conquer my biggest fear: Public Speaking. A friend challenged me to "Do one thing that scares me the most", and Ive picked this out of 14 things I wrote down especially. Plus, I'm so grateful to have the mentorship of my girl @simoneheng, whom I'm so blessed to have learnt from and truly helped me gain confidence in doing my panel talks for @troveofgaia last year, and leading to being an emcee for @sherry_lycheemartini almost 500-strong wedding guest list.

And so, I wanna have more practice! If you have small events or your wedding is coming up and my schedule fits, do drop me a note if you'd like me to be your emcee. Of course, please consider the fact that Im not a professional but Id love to build my confidence and develop my extemporaneous speaking skills. Talk soon,literally 😄

On somedays, I like to play dress up and not look like the wretched hustler I am most of the time.

Thank you @clozetteco for the invite to Spotlight: Singapore Stories - an initiative by The Textile and Fashion Federation (TaFF) in pursuit of raising awareness of works of locally based designers and encouraging Singaporeans to buy and wear local labels.

I love the contemporary takes on traditional inspiration like batik on tropical hues or Avant garde accents on airy fabrics.
