［天花亂墜DSE］DSE嘅嘢，還是要考好。因為大學還是要讀。Maximize your options

1. 舊年放榜，都有寫DSE文。昨晚手痕走去睇返，大鑊。唔係汗顏寫得差，而係自己覺寫得幾好。咁可能係我已經退步中，但自問未必寫得好過之前兩篇（https://fbook.cc/3Wpb）（https://fbook.cc/3Wpc）

2. 繼續，都係寫畀啲考得唔好嘅人。考得好嘅，你本人或貴子弟應該唔會pathetic到要睇我嘅文。雖然呢，我又一盤冷水照頭淋，「其實今時今日要考DSE嗰啲，都等於開波已經輸咗一球先」。點解？我書中有講，我將社經地位分為九等，草根中產富有，我屋企當年應該係下級中產，而家應該係中級。而考得DSE嘅，照計都係中級中產或以下嘅小朋友。咁不幸地，你老豆唔係李嘉誠呢，你就搞唔到Viu TV食唔到郭家文的

3. 有啲人話起跑線好難聽，咁就係你的問題嘛，現今世界一大問題就係啲人只會圍爐聽啲自己感覺良好嘅嘢，你可以繼續飛機話「窮唔代表冇得發圍」「幾百億身家唔代表乜」「食郭家文唔代表乜」「一開波輸一球唔代表乜」，你開心就好。但現實係你一開波整個「全餐」嘅，賠率即時轉，市場好有效率，唔會理你咩「食全餐唔代乜」。記唔記得我係讀精算嘅？我地講概率，population，咁你可以話日日食一包煙都好長命嘅。我城嘅問題就係好多人鍾意將特例變為通例仲去論證。然後個個高估自己。

4. 講返，呢個唔係要「睇唔起」「歧視」，我只係指出個事實。你當我好似啲冷面軍醫或教練咁，睇個小朋友嘅質地，唔似會成功 —但的確唔代表不可能，更不代表你要自怨自艾—反正都發生咗啦

5. 甚至好多人都知道，劣勢反勝仲開心，更加有排飛機。正如我一個仙都冇撚拎我屋企，亦都唔謀住佢副家產，「白手興家」，就有型過老母出首期嘅人啦。雖然有得揀，我都希望我老豆係李嘉誠，冇乜人為咗想激發鬥至，而自己踢個波入龍門先

6. 講返，既然考得DSE嘅，一般屋企都唔富貴，咁你考得差，係更加大鑊的。有錢人可以afford讀書唔掂，嘻咪去追夢焗蛋糕整公仔自己做設計師，甚至簡單啲嘅，咪話老豆留返三個太古城單位畀你，一個住一個收租一個炒，然後你大可以上網日日指點江山，幾好的。

7. 但唔富貴嘅人（例如我當年），考得差嘅，係更大鑊的。因為作為一個唔富貴嘅人，讀好書入大學呢個，都係還可以嘅脫貧方法。雖然似乎個效力越嚟越低。

8. 考得唔好嘅，正路你都係應該下年嚟過，雖然舊文都講過，最緊要檢討，可能你柒，可能你懶，可能你廢。三樣唔同嘅嘢，雖然有一定正相關性。

9. 講咗咁多，其中兩個好大嘅關鍵：第一，而家係1.4個人爭一個大學學位（聽講），第二，大學學費廿年年冇加過價，大家樂人工都升咗唔少啦下話？所以讀大學係易咗，亦都平咗。（不過而家四年，好一個惡政）

10. 相反去睇，你讀唔到（應該唔會有乜人讀到而唔去讀架？），問題就更大。大學嘅嘢，似乎讀咗都冇乜用，最低消費入場券咋，但唔讀就好擇洗—所以都係讀左幾有用。

11. 讀大學嘅原因，好簡單，錢。就係人工高啲，學位都冇個，你係幾難撈的。況且唔一定我要去做律師醫生或乜，但至少可以Maximize your options，好似龍應台同個仔都講類似嘅嘢，亦係我人生嘅核心價值。你揀人當然好過人揀你，你大可以拎個First Hon去做消防員或者開巴士，但呢個係你嘅選擇。掉轉頭，冇個學位嘅，好多嘢你根本冇得揀。

12. 而更重要嘅係，講真，我認為好多人，特別係男仔（包括我），三十歲前都係一舊飯，唔知自己想點。咁你十幾歲嘅小朋友，嗰啲「追夢」，得罪講句，有幾大含金量？你冇接觸過社會，冇接觸過個行業，冇接觸過啲社會上嘅仆街（例如我），太早覺得自己應該點點點，未必係好事。

13. 再次強調，雖然我好憎講，但都係要利申返，本人是一個學霸，夠晒maximize option．我要講呢樣嘢，係不停提防自己跌入嗰種「吳彥祖教你溝女」「美斯教你踢波」嘅「其實唔難」。記住人地唔係專登喎，但吳彥祖真係覺得，喂我開口約啲女就得架啦，美斯真係發現，喂我一推就過架啦，「其實唔難」。

14. 不過，入大學嘅嘢，真係，「其實唔難」。

15. 我教過成績唔好嘅學生，repeaters．當然事實我似乎應該教精英班（同事話阿媽係女人喎），當年成績冇咁好嘅學生，同我亦冇咁親近。但至少，我知道，教班霸同教護級係唔同玩法，你想拎A嘅玩法同拎pass又唔同。

16. 咁都係嗰句，在top level，我唔信咩「努力就成功」「人人可以成材」，人人可以做美斯美斯就唔係美斯啦，根本陳美詩繆美詩紐奴高美你都做唔到（冇錯，樓奴都做唔到）。

17. 但，我地係講拎個大學入學資格喎，照計呢啲位呢，係努力或正確態度幫到你好多的。因為同投資一樣（我本書都有講），高水平嘅競技當然係天才對決，但低水平嘅競技，一般都係Loser’s game，啲人個個自殺，開波出界，好多啲分係對手失，唔係你拎返嚟。所以你正正常常打好基本功，已經可以贏晒啲落場自爆嘅人。

18. 讀大學嘅好處，都係嗰句，人工高啲，同埋地位高啲。我知一街都大學生，事實。但正係因為咁，你「唔係大學生」，就更加顯眼。當然你又可以用特例駁我，我知，邊個邊個都冇讀完大學嘛，你咪去學下。我就講整體啫。BTW，你講呀朱生蓋生嗰啲，聽聞人地屋企點都係上級中產甚至低級富豪，人地係入到哈佛然後中途唔讀，就真係唔撚同你「連XX大學都唔收」。

19. 另一樣嘢，我諗都係識嘅人唔同，雖然而家又好似冇咁明顯。大學就中學化，成個社會都扁平化，太多有學位嘅七碌。我亦係好冷酷咁話你知，好多柒頭換咗廿年前點會有大學讀？呢個亦係好多咩「大學生收入」統計嘅虛妄，三十年前中位數大學生可能係最勁3%嘅學生（冇實數，舉例），而家中位數大學生係15%嘅，如何比較？

20. 至於咩「獨立思考」「critical thinking」之類就算鳩數啦，你要靠大學先有，你都肯定係冇的。你由一街都仲要講「邊個邊個冇讀大學都搵到錢」「行行出狀元唔係讀醫嘅都可以好高人工」，知你啲網友有幾「獨立思考」「critical thinking」

21. 仲有，「讀唔到大學」，帶嚟嘅打擊，都真係唔細。首先十分現實，大家都知come on James，條女入到大學而你入唔到嘅，基本上你一定被飛或者戴帽，我晚晚同你賭都得。我話知你識轉彎定靚仔過阮民安，there are many guys like you all over the world，條女入咗大學，面對一大堆禽獸組爸之類（我冇做過，我可以掟石），真係同拍AV人間廢業差不多的。正面啲講，條女眼界都唔同咗，再唔係以前大西北嗰個食爭鮮都好感動畀你中出嘅小妹妹啦。同樣地，啲女由大學到出嚟做嘢，又係另一個重災區，原因同上。掉轉呢？條仔入到大學條女入唔到呢？「就反而冇乜所謂」「你條仔唔會飛咗你的」「因為啲仔唔介意條女唔識嘢，最好乜都唔識」「條仔搵到錢唔止食爭鮮可以食名將，你更加獎勵佢添」「況且好多人鍾意玩校服」「咁我知啲人入到大學都係玩返中學件校服」「但就係唔同嘛，你條女柒個金毛笠件Hall Tee在底仲扮學生妹咩」「咁都得嘅你去油麻地一樣有校服玩添」「正如啲人約空姐都要睇證件嘛，唔只係要件制服咯」

22. 呢段完全過火，但真係示範，你再叻都好，你入唔到大學呢，都係要面對一定壓力。咁當然千金難買少年窮，都係經歷，你捱得過嘅之後仲強大 — 但有啲人就捱唔過自此自暴自棄一世嘛。都係嗰句，有得揀嘅，我唔會揀一開波輸兩球先然後激發鬥志咯，梗係開波對手趕一件出場再輸全餐，然後再自爆輸多球，我拎住兩球在手練波咁踢試下新人試下戰術，玩到你完場最開心。

23. 你見我呢篇文，係唔得assertive，充滿猶豫。因為個世界真係唔同咗，我唔sure嘅嘢我就寫唔sure．十年前我可以好肯定咁話你知，梗係讀大學搵份好工啦。但世界一路變。呢刻我都仲相信讀大學係個好選擇，因為人工高啲，識嘅人正常啲。但呢個溢價係一路縮緊嘅，扁平化嘛。你學好多嘢亦唔使經大學。

24. 況且，新書都有寫，傳統嗰種爬corporate ladder嘅玩法，越嚟越難玩。特別係香港。特別係你係一個考DSE嘅非富貴家庭。我就係有咁嘅自覺，我當年係行呢條路，雖然唔係完全一帆風順，但大致條路都係 讀好書入間好大學搵份牛工 入商業機構 升職上位加人工 儲錢投資 再搞其他嘢。但唔等於你而家你照行都會OK。我大學畢業係2000年喎大佬

25. 呢篇的確寫得唔係幾好，不過大家應get到我嘅意思。有啲人話我寫文冇重點，我嘅重點就係冇重點，sorry我係唔興好似伊索寓言咁話你知有乜教訓。嗰啲文我都識寫，打工成日寫，Tell the audience what you're going to say, say it; then tell them what you've said嘛。但在某天我已拒絶再玩。See？呢啲就係maximize your option，我知道點玩，但唔跟佢。同你完全唔識係兩回事。

26. 我新書有講，你睇好多戲都可以谷阿莫三分鐘講完，但你唔係浸住兩個鐘，就唔係嗰回事的。正如好多書都可以幾句講完，但就係你要睇晒先浸到嗰種味。唔係你楊丞琳大閘蟹咁濕一濕水就得。

27. 而即係，留到最尾先講，屌你老母睇三千幾字都冇耐性，就咪撚讀大學浪費社會資源啦。我講真的，我啲讀者好多都兩三日睇完我本7萬字大作，完全唔難入口。咁你睇幾千字都搞唔掂嘅，你同我講咩創意咩知識型社會？即係你係日日在whatsapp send voice message嗰啲撚樣啦下話？

28. 下篇實用啲，教你揀乜科。不過好忙，過兩日先寫。呢篇照顧咗啲考得唔好嘅先，唔係我大愛左膠，只係有緩急。「女人就係唔明，我睇埋場波先得閒執勞蘇，唔等於場波緊要過勞蘇」。

29. 我from day one 都係精英主義的，但處理先後同重唔重要，唔係同一回事。我教書時都係搵啲考得唔好嘅學生傾計先的，即時平時可能唔係太多計傾。考得好嗰啲，你自己有排鳩威啦，暫時唔使我錦上添花。

Jim Cramer: In Times Like This, Go for the Easy Money
Look at the stocks you own. Can you tell me why you've got them? If you can't answer the following three questions, then have a look at several I like right now.

We've endured the meme stock craziness, with all of its love for heavily shorted stocks. We have watched the collapse of bitcoin to levels viewed as shocking, even if they are still more than double where they were not that long ago. We've dealt with Fed officials making it clear that they are no longer on the side of the bulls or the bears. They are on the side of job growth, but are wary of inflation. We've seen the end of the rush to get vaccines, which means that millions of people are going to get the new COVID variant, because there is no natural immunity to it. We've watched as the hopes for an infrastructure bill have collapsed. We've endured shortages of everything from chips to plastic to imported goods and labor.

And we're still standing, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Yep, we are in one of those halcyon moments, where the masks are off -- even if they shouldn't be -- and Americans are back doing what they do best: consume, spend, go out to eat and then consume and spend some more.

There are times in the stock market where the collective mindset is revealed. This is one of those times: Things are cool, it's not a big moment, there's no real news for a bit, it's the historically strong period and we can reach some conclusions about where we are.

When things are like this, it is important to remember that buyers like to revert to tried-and-true companies that thrive no matter what. These are companies that have an edge and are better at what they do than other companies.

You know that I am a great believer in index funds, that the average person doesn't have the time or the inclination to research individual stocks. It's a difficult barrier. I think you need to make time to read the quarterly report and listen to the conference call, to Google articles and, if possible, get some research about the companies you own. It is vital that you know what you own, that if I asked you on the street why you like a certain stock, you can give me three reasons. If you don't know how they make their money, who their key clients are and what they make if, then I will tell you that you are over your head and should not own individual stocks. I am reminded by this, because, once again, without a mask, I can be recognized and if I am not holding "Nvidia the Second," I can carry on a conversation.

I have had many in the last two weeks and when I have asked this litany of questions, I find myself at a loss as to why almost no one knew what they owned. But they thirsted for individual stocks, because they, like me, think things are better post pandemic. No, that's not a facetious comment. Many, many stocks did better with a stay-at-home economy. A huge number.

So what do I do? I revert to what others do when you are stumped about how to stay in touch with stocks, but want to do less homework. That means buying stocks that are accessible, not stocks like Unity (U) or Snowflake (SNOW) or Twilio (TWLO) or Okta (OKTA) .

I revert to normal businesses people know and I suggest they Google some articles, peruse the conference call, but, above all, like the company's products so you can buy more if it goes down.

Here's some that I have been telling people I like:

First is Ford (F) . I think the Ford lineup is amazing. The electric F-150 series will be incredible. I am eager to get a Maverick for my family, because it is a smaller pickup that will get the job done for the myriad little things I need to do with this farm I bought from that crazy bitcoin foray. I like the competitive edge of the CEO, who says he is going to bury Elon Musk when the Lightning comes out. I even think the Bronco is cool as all get out. Most important, though? I think the chip shortage is ending. My semiconductor friends are telling me the foundries are producing more feature-rich chips and that means Ford can pump out the trucks small business people love and need. Plus, the used car prices at last have plateaued, according to their most important pricing index. Halcyon times.

Second, Costco (COST) : The samples are coming back. Tell me you don't love the samples. You need things in bulk. You want low prices. You want to get all of the things that people don't think of with Costco, like insurance, hearing-aids -- hey, they are a fortune -- jewelry, things around the house. You go and you will buy far more than you first came for. My kind of store.

The kids love this American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) , which we just bought for my charitable trust, which you can follow along by joining the Action Alerts PLUS club. Jay Schottenstein, the CEO, came on "Mad Money" recently and it's clear that his Aerie model has real staying power: 26 consecutive quarters of double digit growth. No flash in the pan, that one. Number one brand in jeans for the 15 to 25 year old group. The best in the mall. How did I know this? I see the credit card bills.

I got up this morning to do my physical therapy. I have been doing it ever since I hurt my back in February. I have this really cool pair of sneakers that fit me perfectly and I love them, but I am fortunate enough to have a vacation house and I am always taking those shoes with me.

So I went on Amazon (AMZN) this morning and lo and behold I saw them for half price. I bought two pairs. Then I went over everything I have bought in the last year and got a bunch of those things. Then I bought a pair of binoculars, because mine were stolen. I paid half price.

Yep, Amazon's universal. I was talking to Alexa, while I was ordering, getting some new music on, asking questions. I saw that despite all of the Sturm und Drang of Amazon being late with things, all the delivery dates were within range. I didn't click on any ads, and I didn't need the speed of Web Services, but the whole thing reminded me about how special the darned company is. I don't care if it's ahead or behind plan for the moment. I would just buy some more when it goes down.

Finally, Apple (AAPL) . I think people who don't own Apple should look what they are holding at this very moment. Yes, right now. Or look at what's in your lap or on the table besides your fork. And then think about the bill you paid last night without knowing it. Think about what you bought in the App store yesterday. Think about what would happen if it would break or get stolen or, left in the Uber (UBER) , or heaven forbid, be dropped into the pool or in the, yes, toilet.

There, that's what you buy in halcyon times. Stocks of companies you know that if they go lower, because things get less halcyon, you are fine with it and buy more. If things go up, believe me, you will participate.

So accept the moment. Don't try for the hard money. Go for the easy kind. That's the best kind.

我忍了真的⋯⋯真的⋯⋯很久，今天過後實在忍無可忍，一定要叮嚀所有過去和未來的客人們。

我年紀很大了，受不了太大的刺激。

拜託，你們可以Zoom好來嗎？😓😑

一、Zoom視訊的視角 = 拍護照照的視角

護照自2020年起就已成為古董，但大家這一生應該有拍過證件照吧！

對了，就是要頭髮整齊，讓我看到你的雙耳、雙眼、鼻子、嘴巴、頸項和肩膀，到胸部。

我批八字時，需要看整個面相。不要讓你一半的臉掉出鏡頭外，這樣很像鍾無艷，也不要嘴巴不見掉，這樣我很像在跟一條羅漢魚視訊。

我看面相包括看你的嘴巴、牙齒和說話時的嘴形。是的，看相就是需要那麼仔細。

如果你的螢幕太低，那就找書本或舊報紙，把螢幕墊高一點。別讓我整一個小時半只看到你的雙下巴，會把你的面相比例給看錯。

不要一直告訴我不好意思，方法是人想出來的。

二、光線

太暗，我看你如見鬼。
太亮，我會看不清你的膚色。
拉開窗簾，不要背向陽光。
有必要的話，就直接開燈！

三、勿放什麼椰樹沙灘/金門大橋的虛擬背景圖

什麼虛擬背景圖都不要放啦～

我的家美最重要，我不在乎你的家美不美，我只是來看命的。

如果你的Wi-Fi不是很強，電腦功能不是很厲害，這類的虛擬背景圖會讓你的視訊畫面卡卡的。

有時你轉個身，整個右邊不見了，或部份的頭髮少了，讓我覺得我好像在看恐怖片，嚇人啊～

四、環境和聲音

有些海外客人其實非常用心。為了與我視訊，特別去買有麥克風的耳機🎧，讓我能更清楚的聽到他們的聲音。😍

沒有使用耳機和麥克風的客人，往往他們的聲音會有種空氣般的回音，如果他們本身講話又小聲，我的耳機聲量開滿，我還是聽得滿辛苦的

也有香港和馬來西亞客人租過會議室、鐘點房間或單人工作室，就是為了不受家人的干擾，能安心的與我視訊。😍

最有趣的是，去年新加坡阻斷措施時，有位男客人跑到屋外的走廊坐在地上與我視訊。只是外頭風聲有點大，我好幾次都聽不清楚他的聲音。

曾有客人在咖啡廳與我視訊。咖啡廳裡的高談闊論聲和器皿的敲擊聲，頻頻從我的耳機闖進我的耳朵，哇～我的耳朵那時真的是活受罪，還要裝一副氣定神閒的樣子。

天啊，兩次過後，我寧願退錢，也不再見這樣的客人了。耳朵只有一對，我要保護好啊！

在這裡聲明：一般我們買手機時的那種有麥克風的耳機，就已能視訊。沒有戴耳機和麥克風的客人，我一概會拒絕諮詢，把費用原銀奉還。

五、孩子

曾試過諮詢的前20分鐘，一直被女客人的小孩打擾，進來哭著要媽媽主持公道。

如果你家中有六歲以下的兒童，會時不時來敲你的門，我建議你還是先別約我。你這樣會分心，無法聽好我交代的事，而我也得一直等你去安撫你的孩子，就無法在限定時間內看完你的八字，這樣對誰都不公平。

六、我只見客人一人

這個規矩，從我一出道就定下來，也清楚的寫在網站上，根本不用一而再的來試探水溫。

但這兩個星期，還是有客人硬闖關，事先安排自己的配偶/孩子坐在電腦的另一面，要他們聽我講他的八字。

我從不改我的規矩，也沒有八字或風水是我非看不可的。

讀書這麼高，連自己的命都不能自己負責，這已經不是能改到命的人了。

你一定要你的配偶陪你聽，那你需要的不是我來教你改命，是你的配偶來安你的心。

將來若還有這樣的事，我會直接中斷視訊，把錢退回去。

七、「我第一次用Zoom！」

可是從報名那天到今天的諮詢，你有兩個月的時間去摸索。

兩個月，怎麼還是錯誤百出？因為客人根本沒有事先準備和練習。

結果我就這樣等了20分鐘，還得等對方下載軟件。

Zoom不難使用，但如果是你沒有花時間去摸索，就不要撒謊，直接說，我就直接退現錢。

品德是改命的資糧，不要為了自己能脫身就隨便編一個漏洞百出的謊，還說自己是好人。這...不會臉皮太厚了嗎？

小事都不願做好，絕對不會成大器。

八、暈車

有些客人用Ipad或手機來視訊。

重點是，他一支手拿著手機，一支手拿筆寫筆記。他一邊寫，另一支手就一邊搖晃。他做在床上，移動一下，手機就彷彿大海嘯幾下🌊

我一天如果見三個這樣客人，我的視線就搖晃了5個小時。工作完畢後，頭也會痛得厲害，無法完成晚上製片的工作。

沒有自拍器三腳架，也應該有些書本或東西來頂著手機。

各位，多點善心，為我著想一下吧⋯⋯

Since 2020, the passport has become something of an antique but I believe everyone has taken some kind of ID photos! Yes, the ones with your neatly combed trusses where I can see both your ears, nose, mouth, neck, shoulder all the way to your chest.

I would like to see your full face during the Bazi Consultation. Please don't allow half your face to fall off the screen and you end up looking like Zhong Wu Yan! Please also don't hide your mouth making me feel like I am talking to a Arrowana.

When I analyze your facial features, it includes your mouth, teeth and the shape of your mouth while you are talking. Yes, it is down to such level of details.

If your PC / Laptop monitor is too low, please find a book or old newspapers and stack it on top. Please don't let me only see your double chin for that 1.5 hours, as I would probably get the proportion of your face wrong.

Don't keep telling me you are apologetic. Think of a way out.

Number 2: The background lighting.

Too dark, you risk looking like a ghost.

Too bright, I cannot figure out your skin color.

Draw open the curtains, but don't face your back to the sunlight.

If necessary, just turn on the lights!

Number 3: Background images of coconut trees on sandy beaches or the Golden Gate Bridge.

There is no need to put on a virtual background. I only care about how my hone looks, I am not bothered by yours. I am only here to see your Bazi.

If your WIFI signal or your PC / Laptop performance is poor, using the virtual background can often make your Zoom video choppy. Sometimes when you turn your body, one side of your body or some part of your hair will disappear. It's really like one of those spooky movies scaring the wits out of me.

Number 4: Background environment and noise.

Some of my overseas clients really put in effort for our Zoom sessions. They bought a headset with a mic so that I can hear them properly and vice versa.

Those that did not use a earphone or a headset often sounded echo-ish, and if they spoke softly, I would have to turn on the volume on my side full throttle and still have a hard time trying to hear them.

There are some clients from Hong Kong and Malaysia who would rent meeting rooms, hotel rooms or private work spaces by the hour so as to reduce any disturbance from others and better focus on the Zoom session with me.

I recalled an interesting incident during the Circuit Breaker last year. A client from Singapore Zoom-ed with me along the corridor outside his house. Most of the time, I was hearing the howling of the winds rather than his voice.

Some clients sat themselves in coffee places for our session. These places are often filled with loud chatters and the clanging of cups and plates, and my ears suffered terribly. Yet, I have to continue to be seen as composed and attentive.

Goodness me, after 2 of such experiences, I decided that I rather refund these clients and never see them again. I have only 1 pair of ears and I want to protect them at all costs!

A normal earpiece that comes with the purchase of a handphone is good enough for Zoom video calls. For clients who do not have a earpiece/headset and a mic, I would end the consultation and refund the monies.

Number 5: Children

There was once where a session with a female client was repeatedly disrupted by her kids, running in crying for their mother to settle their quarrels. If you have children below 6 years of age, and likely to interrupt our session, I suggest you don't book a consultation with me.

You will be distracted, unable to focus on my advice and I have to wait for you to clear up the situation with your children, eating into the allowable time for me to complete the consultation. This is unfair to both you and me.

Number 6: I only meet one person, that is the Client.

I have set this requirement the day I stepped into this line of work, and it is clearly written in my booking form. There is no need to try your luck under any circumstances.

But in the space of 2 weeks, there were some clients who rode their luck and got their spouse / child to sit on the other side of the screen to listen in on our consultation.

I never change my stance, and there is no single client that I cannot afford to lose.

If you insist to have your spouse sit in, it is apparent that you do not need me to help transform your destiny. Rather you really need your spouse to put your heart at ease.

If such things happen the next time, I will end the session immediately and refund the fees.

Number 7: "My first time using Zoom"

But you have 2 full months to prepare before our actual consultation. You did not end up wasting time exploring the software and I wasted 20 mins waiting for you to download the software.

Zoom is an easy software to use but if you did not spend the time to familiarize yourself with it, please quit the lies and tell me directly. I will refund the consultation fees on the spot.

Our moral ethics serve as the foundation for our transformation. Stop weaving web of lies to get out of sticky situations, and still claim that you are a good person. Isn't this too thick-skinned?

Number 8: Giddy spells

Some clients use Ipad or their handphones for the Zoom session. Crucially, they hold the device with one hand, and take notes with the other. As they write, the other hand holding the phone becomes shaky. If he is doing that on his bed, his handphone would shake like a tsunami wave every time he changes his position.

If I see 3 such clients within a day, it would be 5 hours of shaking visuals for me. That would mean a splitting headache at the end of my work day, and not being able to work on my videos at night.

Even if you don't have a tripod stand, at least prop up the device with a book or something.

Please everyone, please be kind and have mercy on me......

以聖經中「迦密山」為名的「Carmel Market」，希伯來文意思是花園或果園，可以一次見識以色列在地的所有農產，明明60%的土地都是沙漠的國度，卻能生產出無花果、石榴、柳橙、椰棗、堅果、橄欖和許多五顏六色的新鮮蔬果。這裡也是上帝應許的奶與蜜之地，酪農業發達到台灣人都來取經，乳酪種類數也數不清。

「Carmel Market」的攤子商店都沿著長街而建，一攤攤仔細逛下去，至少得花2小時。
市場裡的專門店，供應以色列人餐桌上必備的各色乳酪。橄欖是以色列人最愛的開胃菜。
新鮮無花果是環地中海國家的特產，以色列也有。以色列出產橄欖，當地產的橄欖油，風味品質都不錯。中年男子正在選購猶太麵包。豔紅的石榴也是本地產的。
客人看著魚販將鯡魚現場拆骨去皮切塊，鮮度有保證。
醃漬過的鯡魚，是老饕最愛的味道。
Carmel是一個長條形的市場，一攤攤認真地逛、慢慢地看，至少要花上2個多小時，我先是試喝本地產的初榨橄欖油，柔滑清香，舌根無刺辣感，相當美味，當場採買幾罐，又在雜糧行買到店主自豪口味的混合米飯，裡頭有小扁豆、印度香米與茴香、蒔蘿，也好奇入手幾款可直接撒在沙拉上的綜合香料，準備回台灣試做以色列大餐，唯一可惜的是無法將最愛的漬鯡魚帶回家，只能留在記憶裡慢慢回味了。

在傳統市場裡走一趟，大概可以知道，特拉維夫的飲食生活裡藏著多元融合的密碼，地中海飲食中常見的橄欖、乳酪是餐桌上必備，偏好醃漬魚類，喜歡用氣味強烈的香料調味，米飯與麵包都吃，中東式袋餅是日常食物，土耳其式的甜點也不少見。

一盆盆香料、乾蔥、香米與堅果混合，是雜糧行裡的獨特的氣味與風景。
雜糧行的店面算是市場裡規模較大的。專賣Pita的小店，中午生意很好。
「Pita」是市場裡最常見的食物，袋餅裡包著油炸鷹嘴豆做的Falafel，簡單就可解決一餐。老媽媽熟練地把剛在熱鐵鍋上烙好的餅收起，等著客人上門。
吟唱家鄉曲調的走唱歌手，是「Carmel Market」裡令人駐足的一景。
Carmel市場外的悠閒風景。走訪Carmel Market隔天，我來到高樓包圍的一片花園綠地，當地人說，這裡是中產階級最愛的市場，要進去還要經過嚴格的安檢，走進之後發現大樓裡別有洞天，這裡叫做「Sarona Market」，不僅是市場，還是有故事的古蹟。

原來早在1871年，有一群虔誠的德國基督徒來到這一帶定居，開鑿水井、釀葡萄酒，發展各種農工業，讓這裡成了獨樹一格的德國殖民地，直到第二次世界大戰爆發，英國人宣布德國人是敵人，把這群基督徒驅逐回德國或澳洲。戰後，Sarona成了英國軍營，後來移交給希伯來人，成了以色列政府辦公室，直到1949年，以色列當局將首都遷移到耶路撒冷為止。

2006年，這裡的36棟房屋獲得永久保留，並將當年的5座教堂重新遷回此地，之後，園區周邊蓋起了大樓，大樓裡又建起整潔美麗的市場，新舊建築融合為一體，Sarona不再是殖民地，而是時髦現代的購物中心。

採買完的老夫婦，悠閒地在「Sarona Market」的美食街用早午餐。
色彩繽紛的軟糖，甜得要命，卻是特拉維夫人的心頭好。
夫婦倆對著水果攤品頭論足，孩子頑皮地在下面鑽來鑽去。
攤上隨處可見猶太傳統的辮子麵包，這是當地人的主食之一。
杯子蛋糕在架上閃耀誘人色澤。
市場裡專賣鮮魚料理的餐廳，時髦有型。

在這座時髦的菜市場裡，魚肉、蔬菜、油品都包裝得更高檔，服務更周到，甜點也顯得精緻多了，還添了許多國際元素，我見到許多情侶牽著手、夫妻推著嬰兒車來買菜，這裡也供應東方風味的食物，光是壽司吧就有好幾個。

走到戶外，園區保留了當年的釀酒廠、水井遺跡，數十棟老屋原貌仍在，只是內裡換成了以色列原創時尚品牌、設計商店，雅致的咖啡館、名廚開的餐廳，以及世界精品。

離上次的六個童謠背後的恐怖故事之後，已經經過了兩年了，今天我就帶給大家六個童謠背後的黑暗故事，算是這個黑暗童謠的第二集。
童謠，朗朗上口的輕快的節奏，陪伴了我們的童年，以前只是記得哼那些童謠的旋律，但是卻不知道裡面的歌詞是什麼意思，大家知道什麼叫du du it de da di du, 你們沒有玩過？就是那種大家圍著把腳伸出來，然後就點到誰，誰就做鬼。有點像英國的black shoe game
其實正式它這首歌是： whose shoe is a dirty shoe.好像完全不同的讀音哦～～
那麼今天我們就來講一些童謠背後的黑歷史。
先知道，東方國家和西方國家的想法完全不同，西方國家會將一些時事，或是一些轟動一時的案件，再用這些朗朗上口的詞配搭一些簡單的旋律，用這些童謠來傳達，或是諷刺當時的君主，或是一些名人等等。
第一首，Lucy Locket，露西的錢袋
Lucy Locket lost her pocket,
Kitty Fisher found it;
Not a penny was there in it,
Only ribbon round it.
Lucy locket 不見了她的錢袋，被Kitty fisher找到了，但是錢袋裡面沒有錢，只有ribbon綁在上面。
看起來詞沒有什麼問題啊～～但是究竟Kitty fisher和Locy locket是誰呢？
其實Kitty fisher是在18世紀當時非常出名的妓女，她揮霍無度，而Lucy locket 也是妓女，或者是講交際花，所以很多男士就成為了她的錢袋，所以她的錢袋裡面沒有錢就是暗指很多男士資助她的生活。
Only ribbon round it這裡其實是暗指Lucy Locket是一名妓女，
由於當時的妓女有把錢袋藏在群下面，為了安全，他們會用ribbon把錢袋綁在大腿上。
用Kitty Fisher來撿到她的錢袋，也是暗指Lucy Locket也是妓女。
原來我們唱了那麼多年的童謠，講的竟然是妓女。
第二首： Mary Mary quite Contrary 瑪麗小姐真倔強
Mary, Mary, quite contrary,
How does your garden grow?
With silver bells, and cockle shells,
And pretty maids all in a row.
原版的是這樣的
Mary, oh Mary, so quite contrary,
How does your garden grow?
These silver bells and cockle shells
And pretty men all in our room,
When you see contrary Mary,
Told hereye, refuse to terry.
We spoke very soft and slow
Without your pretty men,
Mary, Standing in a row.
Mary, Mary, Mary, Mary.


這麼簡單好聽的歌曲，後面竟然有那麼黑暗的歷史。
大家如果記得我在以前的影片有說過Bloody Mary，當時有兩個歷史傳聞，一個說伯爵夫人，另外一個就是瑪麗皇后，她迫害和折磨了很多新教徒，所以有血腥瑪麗的稱號。
這是所說的院子是影射充滿屍體的墳地，那什麼是silver bells and cockle shellls呢？其實這兩種都是折磨人的刑具，銀鐘是夾手指的而Cockle Shells是暗指這個刑具，叫Choke Pear，這個東西是插進你的口，或是你的菊花等等，然後菊花開。。。滿地傷。。。
想到都痛哦哦。。。
第三首：Goosey Goosey Gander， 鵝鵝鵝
Goosey goosey gander,
Whither shall I wander?
Upstairs and downstairs
And in my lady’s chamber.
There I met an old man
Who wouldn’t say his prayers,
So I took him by his left leg
And threw him down the stair

這裡你們有看到這個童謠最後四句是說：我找到一個老人，他不會讀他的禱告文，所以我拿起他的左腳，把他扔下樓。
這是其實是在中世紀政治逼害，天主教徒不能讀拉丁文的禱告文，就算在家裡也不行，那些鵝就是指當年宗教逼害的官員，他們上門來檢查，如果發現天主教徒在家禱告，他們就會抓了他們嚴刑逼供，這個的who wouldn’t say his prayers應該是這樣意思，還有為什麼是左腳呢？原來以前的刑罰就是將繩子綁在他們的左腳上，然後扔下樓，重複直到他們死為止。
你還要給你女兒唱這首歌嗎？
第四首，
Baa, baa, black sheep,
Have you any wool?
Yes, sir, yes, sir, Three bags full;
One for the master, And one for the dame,
And one for the little boy Who lives down the lane.
原版的最後一句是no no for the little boy who lives downs the lane.
這裡是指在當時英國對於羊毛施以重稅，當時的皇帝叫愛德華一世，就是在電影Braveheart裡面那個老人家，當時的戰爭令皇室財務陷入困境，而當時羊毛就是英國最大的收益，他就將羊毛獲利三分之一歸皇室，三分之一歸於貴族和教會，剩下的才留給農民，而黑色的羊毛則是暗指當時的黑暗時代。
第五首：Little Miss Muffet， 小馬費特小姐
Little miss Muffet she sat on her tuffet,
Eating her curds eating and whey
Along came a spider who sat down beside her
And frightened miss Muffet away
詞裡面就是說她吃著凝乳，然後一隻蜘蛛出現，嚇到她跑了。
其實這個是真人真事來的，以前有個醫生叫thomas Muffet湯姆馬費，他是英國的博物學家和醫生，他很喜歡研究蜘蛛，甚至拿自己的女兒來做研究，就是餵她吃蜘蛛。。。。令她從此非常懼怕蜘蛛，雖然我在網上找了很久，並沒有找到證據馬費醫生真的有餵她吃蜘蛛，不過給滿屋都是蜘蛛一定讓她也驚嚇不少吧！
第六首：Lady Bird， Lady Bird

Ladybird, ladybird fly away home,
Your house is on fire and your children are gone,
All except one, and her name is Ann,
And she hid under the baking pan.

這裡的lady bird是指瓢蟲，也是暗指母親，其實這是影射當年的獵殺女巫，很多女巫被活活的燒死，有時包括她和她的家人和兒子，在這裡最後一句有不同的版本，有的是Porridge pan，有個的Baking pan，Frying pan，都是一些燒的廚具，

原來這些童謠背後是那麼的黑暗。

有時不知道要怎樣去教小孩，究竟要給他們知道世界的黑暗，還是讓他們像白紙一樣純潔呢？有時讓他們了解世界的黑暗，他們才會知道所謂的灰色地帶，就好像每天給他們喝太乾淨的水，他們的身體哪裡可以抵抗細菌的入侵呢？教會他們，然後讓他們可以自行分辨對於錯，黑和白，我覺得這是更重要的。
