炒酥脆河粉 之終於吃到小路邊攤了!

我和朋友們才剛站在矮桌旁邊,老闆娘就湊過來說:「你們要吃甚麼?」這句話沒有翻譯哦,老闆娘是直直接接地用中文問我們。
這麼親切!二話不說,就決定吃這攤了,而且晚間生意極好,許多家庭都來這裡點大盤的炸麵。
我看了看菜單,發現除了炸麵外,還有炸河粉。才在猶豫的當下,老闆娘就連連保證:「妳試試看,絕對好吃,比炸麵更好吃!」
嗚哇~真的好好吃!河粉炸過後變成一塊塊卡滋卡滋的脆餅,沾上香氣十足的炒牛肉醬汁,口感與味覺上都是一百分的滿足!
老闆娘的父親來自海南島,儘管她這輩子從未踏上中國的土地,卻操著一口流利的中文,偶爾能和觀光客搭上幾句話。菜單的菜色也摻入了中國菜的影子,叉燒炒飯、香炸雲吞、白斬油雞......
她擁有的攤位不大,就一個路邊的轉角,一邊是手忙腳亂的狹小烹飪區、一邊是排了一長條的座位區。客人源源不絕地來,桌子翻了又翻,不變的是人人臉上嚐到美食的神情。
望著忙碌中的老闆娘,我不禁感到莫名的親近與敬佩。

You may already know about rice noodle (Phở) of Vietnam. But have you ever heard of "fried rice noodle"?
We had dinner in an simple stand at first night arriving in Danang. The food stand is managed by a Vietnamese lady whose father came from China. She chatted with us in Mandarin fluently and highly recommended me to try fried rice noodle.
The yummy dish amazed me. Fired rice noodle tasted like crispy cookies and the beef sauce was very savory. Such an enjoyable dinner at the street side!
