I like Hokkaido Pork/Fuji Apple most pairing with Rue de Vin “Pomm d’Or”, Nagano NV! The sparkling wine brings out more rich flavour of the pork! 😋😋very beautiful moon with spectacular Victoria Harbour View , plus great food and great wine! Perfect! 🥳😋🥂 Cheers!

試咗HAKU嘅新任主廚Rob Drennan炮製11道菜 Tasting Menu全新演繹日本傳統割烹料理 ,曾出任挪威米芝蓮三星餐廳Maaemo的產品研發廚師,11道菜仲可以加清酒pairing , 真心好味!我尤其喜歡以下幾款配搭: Ika - 魷魚加魚子醬黑色炸米紙,食到魷魚同魚子醬嘅對比口感(一脆一腍)以及充滿海洋鮮味,配上Fu純米清酒,輕巧清新;Lobster - 法國藍龍蝦湯作奶凍加上龍蝦肉、三文魚籽、蕃茄果凍等,鮮甜與濃郁交融,龍蝦迷必試!其他都好好味,不能盡錄,甜品有驚喜!😋I’ll be back! 再同青姐賀壽! Cheers! 😋😋🍶
Tried the new 11-course tasting menu from the new executive chef of #Haku, Rob Drennan, with sake pairing! Chef is from 3-star Michelin restaurant Maaemo from Norway as R&D Chef, it’s really yummy! I especially like Ika - squid with caviar on crispy tart, u can savour the complex crunchy (caviar) vs soft (squid)textures with umami taste in one bite! Nice pairing with Fu Junmai sake, it’s refreshing. Lobster - French blue lobster consommé in pudding texture with lobster meat, salmon roe & tomato jelly on top, it’s rich & umami, lobster fans will surely like it! Other courses r all very yummy & don’t forget to try the desserts! U’ll be surprised as well! 😋😋I’ll be back! Celebrate bday with Agnes again! Cheers! 😋😋🍶
