Kill 2 birds with 1 stone using Soleus GPS Pulse Bluetooth for my training in the gym and outdoor running activity.
Suitable for gym as it uses a wrist-based optical sensor to measure heart rate effectively and has a timer.
For outdoor running activity it's perfect as it has an in-built high sensitivity GPS receiver that can measure my speed, pace and distance. Auto-lap features also allows me to detect my mile splits automatically.
Keeping track of my progress is easy by just transfering the results to my mobile via Bluetooth so i can analyze my progress over time.
