玫瑰醬法式吐司
材料：
厚片吐司 1片 toast 1pcs
綜合水果 適量 assorted fruit
蛋 2顆 egg 2
牛奶 100cc milk 100cc
無鹽奶油 1大匙 unsalted butter 1tbsp.
草莓玫瑰醬 1大匙 strawberry rose petal jam 1tbsp.

作法：
1.將蛋打入碗中，加入牛奶及草莓玫瑰醬一起打散。
2.吐司放入碗中，雙面沾滿蛋液泡約20分鐘。
3.熱鍋放入無鹽奶油，放入吐司，以小火將吐司雙面煎至金黃取出裝盤。
4.放上綜合水果，淋上草莓玫瑰醬，撒上玫瑰花瓣裝飾即可。


玫瑰玉子燒
材料：
雞蛋 4顆 egg 4
食用玫瑰花瓣 適量 rose petal q.s.

調味料：
鹽 1/4茶匙 salt 1/4tsp.
草莓玫瑰醬 1大匙 strawberry rose petal jam 1tbsp.
作法：
1.將雞蛋打散，加入鹽及草莓玫瑰醬均勻調和成蛋液。
2.玉子燒鍋底抹油加熱，倒入適量作法1的蛋液使其均勻佈滿鍋底，用小火慢煎至半凝固。
3.鋪上草莓玫瑰，再將蛋皮由前往後捲起，往前端推。
4.鍋底再抹油，再倒入適量作法1的蛋液，並用筷子撐起鍋邊蛋捲，讓新加入的蛋液流入下方，確實佈滿整個鍋底，煎至半熟時，再將蛋皮摺起，推向前方鍋邊，重複上述步驟直到蛋液用完，即成玉子燒。
5.食用時切小塊，淋上草莓玫瑰醬，撒上玫瑰花瓣裝飾即可。
