很久很久沒有烤蛋糕了... 原因有兩個，一是很麻煩（加上我沒有打蛋器），二來是身邊沒有什麼愛吃甜食的朋友，做了沒人吃...

這次會做這個，是因為有人送了我一大包的Ricotta，我懶得包餃子，所以拿來做起司蛋糕。用Ricotta2的好處是，比較起cream cheese和鮮奶油，脂肪含量和熱量比較低，口感仍綿密。

這個配方，只需要蛋（但是蛋白跟蛋黃分開）、糖、Ricotta、鮮奶油（很少量）、檸檬皮、香草、麵粉（也是一點點）以及餅乾＋奶油做成的塔皮。算是簡單，但有點費時... 尤其是手打蛋白的時候... 第二天會很有感...

不過，烤成功的時候，感覺很興奮！看到有人喜歡吃，又更開心

Today,I ate cheesecake ( is a sweet dessert consisting of one or more layers. The main, and thickest layer, consists of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese (typically cream cheese or ricotta), eggs, and sugar ) but not any cheesecake, it's a Deep Dark Cheesecake ( Gâteau au Fromage Noire ) that i ordered from " Patisserie La Famille " with 12 Pieces of Huge French toast ( French toast, also known as eggy bread, Bombay toast, German toast, gypsy toast, is a dish made of bread soaked in milk, then in beaten eggs and then fried ) in 2 different kinds with butter and maple syrup ( Maple syrup is a syrup usually made from the xylem sap of sugar maple, red maple, or black maple trees ) , All That is so high in calories what exceed 6000kcal . it was so unique and extremely tasty and delicious like real art ！！！
