呢間係灣仔新開嘅Cafe以珊瑚粉紅色做主調💗,裏面用咗湖水藍做裝修,成個感覺清新年輕又充滿活力,絕對係一間打卡店🤟🏻😚。
餐廳主要賣包類食物,有lunch set,另外仲有幾款甜品同小食。最後點咗2個Lunch set ,包 Starter,Appetiser同Bao。

廚師將漢堡包嘅概念配搭中式食材,變成中西合璧嘅創意菜式🤩。個包似中式炸饅頭🍔,不過食落比較油膩;中間夾住脆卜卜嘅台式炸雞🐥、芝士同香葉🧀🌱,味道唔差。

呢個黑芝麻蛋卷喺全餐最好食嘅嘢🥰,而且每日限量供應,賣晒就冇㗎啦!蛋卷濕潤有彈性,重點係中間嘅芝麻醬香濃,配上上層軟滑嘅cream,唔會膩呢隻真係好出色🖤。

【 深夜食堂の豚汁套餐 | Butajiru 】
如果要我挑選一道最簡單快捷又好味的菜式來分享,豬肉味噌湯(豚汁)必定是我的首選!
When people ask me what would be the simplest, yet super delicious dish I can show them, I will always say the same answer, Butajiru (Pork Miso Soup)!

-- 豬肉味噌湯(豚汁) Butajiru/ Tonjiru (Pork Miso Soup) --
材料 Ingredients:
- 菜油 Vegetable oil | 1 tbsp
- 豬腩片 Sliced Pork Belly | 250 g
- 柴魚湯包 Dashi Stock | 2 packs
- 水 Water | 1.5 L
- 白蘿蔔(切塊) Sliced Raddish | 1/2 pc
- 甘荀(切塊) Sliced Carrots | 1 pc
- 牛蒡(切片) Sliced Burdock | 1/2 pc
- 鮮冬菇(切粒) Shittake Mushrooms | 4-6 pc
- 蒟蒻(切粒) Konnyaku | 150 g
- 麵豉 Miso | 2 pc
- 清酒 Sake | 50 ml
- 砂糖 Sugar | 1 tsp
- 蔥(切碎) Spring Onion | 適量
做法 Method:
1.先用柴魚湯包製作高湯備用。
2.先把蒟蒻汆水。
3.開火,在鍋中落油,把豬腩片炒香。放入白蘿蔔、甘荀和牛蒡,再灒清酒。
4.加少許糖、倒入柴魚高湯後,煮10-20分鐘。(烹煮期間,清去湯上浮起的油脂及雜質)
5.之後加入鮮冬菇並煮幾分鐘, 最後加麵豉和蔥,完成!
1. Prepare dashi broth.
2. Blanched koyyaku.
3. Saute pork belly in a casserole. Add reddish, carrots and burdock. Add sake to enhance the flavour.
4. Add sugar and dashi broth, simmer for 10-20 minutes. ( Remove oil and impurities floating on top of broth )
5. Add shiitake mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Finish off with miso and spring onion. Enjoy.
