“Cocoa pancakes for breakfast!” and Arielle’s eyes lit up when she saw them. We made them differently (and more healthily) with Quaker’s quick cook oatmeal. We used a little bit of pure vanilla extract in the recipe for the extra flavour and topped it up with some berries. There are just so many delicious ways to prepare breakfast with Quaker Oats and every one is packed with great health benefits, high antioxidants, fibre, iron for a stronger immune system!

8 tablespoons Quaker' Oats Quick Cook, Instant or Rolled
1 tablespoon 100% Cocoa
1/2 cup nut milk (soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia)
1 egg, medium 2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 packets of stevia sweetener
Pomace or Light Olive Oil
Maple Syrup or Honey (optional) & Strawberries (optional)

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, brush olive oil to coat the pan evenly
3. Lift the pan and pour about 1/2 cup of the batter into the center. Tilt the pan to spread the batter. Cook for about a minute or until it is golden underneath
4. Flip and cook the other side for around 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter
5. Serve with honey, maple syrup or strawberries @ Singapore

這道美人棒我用燕麥、堅果、非精緻糖去製作。高纖及好油可以幫助排便,好油更能幫助你製造好的「荷爾蒙』,荷爾蒙平衡、排便順暢,你才會擁有平靜心情、美好的膚質。燕麥富含B群,讓你感到精力充沛!非精緻糖能讓你的血糖不穩定不飆高。
🌟但小小提醒,燕麥、堅果還是有熱量喔,一天不建議超過兩塊喔!
『乾料』
✔️堅果 (無調味)250克(=1量杯 )先把堅果敲的有點碎碎的,我用了杏仁、腰果、核桃(註1&2)
✔️無調味大燕麥 250克(=1量杯 )
✔️爆藜麥花125克(= 1/4 量杯 )(可省略或用南瓜籽代替)
✔️奇亞籽 1 大匙
✔️亞麻籽 1 大匙
✔️初榨橄欖油 2 大匙 (可用椰子油代替)
✔️海鹽 1 茶匙 (註2)
(註1: 如果你有美善品,可以設 『轉速6/兩秒』把堅果絞碎)
(註2:如果你的堅果是調味過的,已經鹹鹹的,就請不要再加海鹽,不然會太鹹)
『濕料』
100%純楓糖1/3 量杯(或是蜂蜜代替)
無添加純蔓越莓乾 1/4 量杯
去核椰棗乾 7 顆 (如果找不到,也可以將以上糖漿增加到1/2量杯)
🌰Vita‘s muesli bars (High in fibre & no refined sugar)
『Dry ingredients 』

1 cup of any kind of raw nuts you like, I used organic activated almonds & cashew nuts.
1 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of puffed quinoa
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of flax seeds
2 tbsp of extra virgin oil
1 tsp of sea salt
『Wet ingredients』
.
1/3 cup of 100% pure maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup of dried cranberries (no added sugar)
7 pitted dates
*If you couldn’t find dates, just increase syrup to 1/2 cup.

#1 Lentil Meatloaf
90 g (1/2 cup) cooked brown lentils
1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
1/4 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 (~50 g) carrot, peeled and chopped
30 g (1/4 cup) chopped walnuts
90 g (1/2 cup) quinoa, soaked (use cooked quinoa would produce more soft texture)
1.5 Tablespoons liquid amino or tamari/soy sauce (https://iherb.co/2fWjbD55)
1.5 Tablespoons tomato puree (tomato paste)
1.5 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
(I grind some celery seeds and salt together, you can also use celery salt - https://iherb.co/ynv54sPP)
→ Bake at 175 C / 350 F for 10 minutes first then spread some BBQ sauce. Return to bake for another 25-30 minutes.

#2 Rosemary Roasted Pumpkin
1/4 pumpkin ~100 g pumpkin kin (or whatever you want to make)
A few drizzles of olive oil
2 tsp dried rosemary
salt & pepper
→ Bake at 175 C / 350 F for 25-30 minutes.

同埋我好多朋友都係
一朝早太趕時間
完全冇時間準備早餐
然後返到公司附近
為咗方便就會買個麵包腸粉燒賣食
然後喺公司坐足一日做嘢
久而久之肚腩就係咁樣形成㗎啦?

我今次介紹呢一個減脂減腩去宿便嘅
Overnight Oatmeal餐單
你絕對可以前一晚用5分鐘時間準備好
只需要將所有材料擺落個樽度
然後放入雪櫃
第二朝起身出門口之前
打開雪櫃就可以Grab & Go!
攞返公司做早餐或者做午餐
都十分十分之方便?

我好多朋友都比我捉咗來做白老鼠?
有啲人淨係當早餐食
有啲人會整定兩樽for早餐同埋午餐?
然後晚餐食番正常野
晚餐盡量少食澱粉質
當然同以往一樣
每一日要用水樽飲夠3-4公升水
一星期會見到效果♥

喺整Overnight Oatmeal之前
無論你整咩口味
個base係會用到以下材料
而材料可以喺普通超級市場或iherbs買到:
-要煮嘅燕麥(但整嘅時候係完全唔需要煮嘅)喺隔夜之後,要煮嘅燕麥食落去有咬口有嚼勁,而如果用即食燕麥就會變咗一pat糊仔咁唔好食
-零脂肪的希臘乳酪
-Chia Seed
-Almond Milk (我個人鍾意用無糖Almond Milk, 如果你哋鍾意用無糖腰果奶或者無糖燕麥奶都可以)

口味方面,我真係用過好多種唔同嘅材料去調配唔同嘅口味,我覺得最好味嘅口味就係以下三款:
1)三莓派對
2)蕉氣勃勃
3)菠蘿王子
