We recently posted this image with the question "Why?". Well, now we know why; these two Punekars are Town Planning students of College of Engineering, Pune. They were in the middle of a traffic volume count survey project. They put 12 straight hours into it and sat here so they could get the correct and specific traffic count. Shows sheer dedication, no? Hats off the COEP and its students!
