一入門口就見到Open Kitchen 內放置巨型傳統意大利薄餅焗爐,頂部呈圓拱形,讓熱力順着拱形流動,薄餅受熱更均勻,自家手工麵糰吃起來帶有淡淡的麵粉香氣,邊緣烤得很焦脆,餅芯卻帶着柔韌,材料仍然十分 juicy,配料有蕃茄醬、茄汁豆、香腸、火腿、煙肉、櫻桃番茄、雞蛋、蘑菇和馬蘇里拉芝士,有如早餐的食材配搭,就像是延續All Day Breakfast 的pizza 版。
未來早餐漢堡 $108
包身夠挺,不怕被醬汁浸軟,烘焙出外層輕脆的口感,內裡質地鬆軟有彈性,帶有微甜的牛油香,All Day Breakfast Burger變奏版當然少不了荷包蛋,半熟晶瑩流心中的蛋黃配上不含肉類成份的 Impossible Foods未來漢堡,無論賣相和質感,確實與真牛肉漢堡扒幾可亂真,而入口相對沒傳統漢堡那樣油膩。
扇貝、蝦和煙肉卡邦尼醬緞帶麵 $118
意粉同樣是餐廳自家手工製,寬寬扁扁但又帶點厚度的緞帶麵,煮出Al dente輕微韌度的口感,最適合由濃稠的奶油醬來調味,每一根都掛上濃滑的奶香。

It only takes me minutes to whip up this quick Asian flavoured pasta dish. To spice up my pasta with a little kick and also make this dish extra filling, I use canned Primo Tuna with Red Curry Sauce for easy preparation.

Ingredients
* Penne
* Garlic Cloves, peeled, thinly sliced
* Cherry Tomatoes
* Large pinch of Chilli Flakes
* 1 tbsp roughly chopped Thyme
* 160g canned Primo Tuna with Red Curry Sauce
* Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Olive Oil

Methods
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta in the salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes, or until al-dente.
2. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add and saute garlic until softened and translucent.
3. Add in Primo Tuna with Red Curry Sauce and cook until heated through with cherry tomatoes, chilli flakes and thyme. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
4. Drain the pasta, then toss well in the tuna mixture before serving.
