"Handstand" is a Straight Arms Scapulae Strength exercise which is a basic gymnastic skill.
Handstand is the "Balance & Rebalance" exercise.
The handstand can strengthen your shoulders and the core muscles, and it helps you to prevent elbows or shoulders pain.
I'm using #handstand to improve my Clean & Jerk (overhead press) performance. 🏋🏻♂️
