收到好多人的DM都問我懷孕為什麼手臂還這麼細,其實也不是很細,就結實吧!
最近愛睡午覺的我所以延遲了拍影片。😂
懷孕的第4個月後開始加強運動,運動是對寶寶的發育也好。
這組的手臂運動很簡單,只要兩塊瑜伽磚或一些有重量的書在家都可以練習了。
沒懷孕的人也可以練喔!
記得手臂和手掌要伸直,才可以練到大臂內側的肌肉喔(傳說中的拜拜肉)。

I’ve received a lot of DM’s asking me to record an arm workout you can do during pregnancy.
Sorry for the delay, I had to skip my mid afternoon nap to film it 🙊
It’s good for toning the arms without being too strenuous and anyone can do it.
All you need is 2 yoga blocks. If you don’t have those you can use books or bottles that weigh around 1kg.
Tip. If you’re using blocks, place them flat on your palm instead of holding them with your hands and send them out with flat straight arms.
