Saw this yogurt ice cream in the supermarket yesterday and couldn't resist giving it a try. This combination of yogurt, banana and milk goes very well together and it keeps me full till lunchtime too. Trying to eat clean as possible but it's difficult at times when I see junk food like ice cream, cookies and chips 😅 wish I can tell myself to use pregnancy as an excuse to let myself go but NO! Moderation is still the key to everything.
