As you grow older , it’s just getting tougher for so many reasons ...
To me Age is just a number .
You must always find time for yourself no matter how busy you are ...
Just 30 minutes a day .
Juggling life with work , talks , kids and family are never easy ...
You just need to find the time ...
5 tips on being healthy ...
1. Exercise daily
Just 30 minutes a day is enough . Do cardio alternating with weights .
It’s a great way to release stress .
2. Eat moderately
Eat small meals every 3-4 hours . Cut down on Carbs but more on protein . Chicken breast is really good for you .
3. Eat fat burning foods
Avocados , peanuts , coconut oil , bananas , apple cider , berries to name a few ... Eat them frequently in your meals .
4. Never Diet
By cutting down on food intake it makes you hungry even more . Also it always has a rebound effect . It’s easy to lose weight but harder to maintain .
5. Never sleep after a meal
Preferably a light walk helps . Or play with your kids or household work ...And try to have dinner early . We usually have dinner at 7 pm every night .

We spent the morning of CNY Day 2 volunteering at Willing Hearts' kitchen which prepares, cooks and distributes about 5,000 daily meals to over 40 locations island wide, 365 days a year. Beneficiaries include the elderly, the disabled, low income families, children from single parent and poverty stricken families, and migrant workers in Singapore. So yes, they do need a lot of help with food preparation!
The good thing is everyone is welcome to volunteer, even kids (preferably at least 5 years old). There're plenty of tasks to go around, and we got assigned to chopping vegetables. I think we must have cut more than 100 cabbages! We also helped to paste stickers on the meal boxes - this one's easy for younger kids. It's really meaningful to do it together with the family, and something tells me we'll be back. 😊

Hello subbies :)
So as some of your may have noticed through my Insta posts, my meal preps have recently changed and as promised, here is the recipe for it!
This recipe is made for people who are lazy (me), want to stay fit (me) whilst being able to enjoy food AND actually feeling FULL after a meal. Definitely not about that 'starve yourself' kinda of lifestyle!
This meal combines together different flavours all in one box to help curb your cravings and leave you feeling satisfied :).. at least thats how I feel after it.
I haven't given out exact amounts in terms of grams per meal prep box because that is accustomed to my body type (e.g. calories to maintain etc), workout lifestyle and goals. Hence, it is so so so important that you find what's the right amount for you :)

Recipe Details
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast
- Purple Sweet Potato
- Broccoli
- Tomatoes
- Shiitake Mushrooms
Chicken Cooking Details & Seasoning
- Paprika, Black Pepper, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes & Chicken Powder
- Cook off in a non-stick pan with a tiny bit of water
Purple Sweet Potato
- Wash, peel, boil and mash!
Broccoli
- Wash, cut and boil!
Shiitake Mushrooms
- Soak (preferably overnight)
- Slice into smaller pieces and soak seasoned water (soy sauce, chicken powder & black pepper)
