蘿蔔洗乾淨,我切了一半來整,再刨皮切粒,鹽份量我就隨意約2匙,醃約半個鐘至一個鐘左右,因之後都會蘿蔔會出水,倒了鹽水再洗一洗先用
米醋份量睇返個🥣器皿大小預返(我就倒了約250ML),再加冰糖(首先落3粒加少少碎),到中段我會試味先再加多少少,記得慢火煮溶
整好左冰糖醋而味道覺得可以就等凍,倒入去裝了蘿蔔的器皿,差不多蓋晒蘿蔔就可以,幾日後就有得食
咁簡單每次整少少都唔會覺得麻煩,我買個蘿蔔半個$2.5,醋半枝$10,凍糖$2…夾晒都係十幾蚊抵食啦
#CP雞鎚 原來味道真係唔錯,食落似m記,$25/5件都可以,懶出街又想食炸雞🍗的確唔錯選擇
