Hey, guys! It's been awhile but I just want to pop in and give you a quick update on my morning and midday skincare routines featuring a lot of local brands that I have personally been loving for the past months.

☀️ @kaymanbeauty CoalBerry Cleanser* - Simple foam cleanser containing charcoal that helps with sebum production, I only take a small amount of product as I don't have much to cleanse off my face in the morning.

☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq HyaluMelon Mist Toner* or @jelita.kl Saffron Face & Hair Mist* - I'd be layering these toners several times after exfoliating my skin daily with gentle toner pads.

☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq Skintella Repairing Serum* to soothe my irritated facial area around my upper cheeks. Works nicely with my current skin preference.

☀️ @yelloskincarehq Snowmeric Hydra Boost Brightening Serum* with considerably light consistency this still works with my slightly dehydrated skin. I'm still waiting for the brightening result but I guess it's gonna take awhile.

☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq Skintella Moisturising Gel* - I'd prefer to seal my day routines with lightweight moisturiser and this gel cream complements my whole skincare routine nicely 😍

☀️ For sunscreens, I'm currently alternating several different ones but I'll share my favourites in the upcoming posts 😊

Get in this 15min full body workout to help tackle your weight loss and fat loss goals. A home workout using your bodyweight that you can do with no equipment, only an exercise mat is needed. This workout will help jumpstart your weight loss and fat loss goals or just to get into a routine of being more active. Add this to your other workout routines, cardio for the best results.

How do I get through this movement control order daily?
Is your day the same as mine ...for the past 20 days? You are not alone in the flood of thoughts at home. I'm feeling them too - that's why activities and some kind of routine helps me get through it all.
Since we are now stuck with a longer MCO period, it's crucial I don't compromise certain things in my life because these crucial activities makes me psychologically think life is normal.. when really its not lol.
