So this darling little boy of mine, who is usually full of smiles, woke up in the wee hours, went hysterical and cried and screamed for over an hour. Nothing seemed to appease him, not his favourite Yakult, video clip or even breast milk. Yup, he was basically in a frenzy and everything we did only seemed to aggravate his pain. I know I've been through such nights with both of the girls but still, it isn't easy to see your child suffer and nothing you do seems to help.
Thankfully, he slowly but eventually began to take longer breaths, sobbed less and together with the hubby, we sang some nursery rhymes together, tickled him and it was such a huge relief when he let out that infectious smile of his. Awwww. Hope my happy baby will be okay today and to the hubby @xavier_lowjw, thank you for being so patient and kind and for sacrificing precious sleep to help me tide through the tough night.
