希望大家可以看得比較懂!🥺
昨晚因為是療癒瑜伽、不是身心靈療癒,怕耽誤大家身體的練習,所以前面分享沒有講太久,多了一些補充,昨晚有上課同學可以一起看一下噢☺️///

在瑜伽哲學裡,人除了有可見的肉身以外,還有重疊於肉身之上的能量場-精微體(subtle body)。
在這個精微體裡就有chakra脈輪,與Nadis氣脈的概念。有點類似像我們中醫的經脈跟穴道。
今天來快速講一下氣脈。
最主要的氣脈有三條- 中脈 sushumna 、右脈 pingala、 左脈ida。
有些文獻說左右脈交會於脈輪、有些說在脈輪之間交會,有些說左右脈始/終於眉心輪、有些說始/終於左右鼻孔,所以這邊就一併畫出來囉 ☺️

右脈跟陽性能量、太陽、身體行動、加溫,西方醫學的說交感神經相關。
左脈與陰性能量、月亮、放鬆、冷卻,西方醫學說的副交感神經相關。

就走向來看,可以發現,右脈與右眼、右耳、右鼻孔、左腎、左腿相關。
而左脈與左眼、左耳、左鼻孔、右腎、右腿相關。

當我們側右躺,
右鼻孔在下、左鼻孔在上,
下方右鼻腔內的組織會慢慢腫大,所以主要會由上方的左鼻孔進氣。
左鼻孔與左脈相關,
另外壓著的右腎、右腿也與左脈相關(好像被按著開機一樣),
所以側右躺會啟動左脈,啟動放鬆的能量。
相反地,側左躺就是啟動右脈。啟動活動的能量。

所以瑜珈課結束,老師的口令請你側右躺,是希望你帶入更多放鬆的能量。
如果早上起來想賴床,就請先側左躺囉!讓陽性能量慢慢幫助你找到活力!

好好呼吸還是最重要的噢!如果沒有辦法先讓呼吸來到一個好的狀態,相信什麼脈的都堵住不會通噢😆

Right after jie checked in, Jie straightaway put on my bathrobe and head to the Thermal Steam Cave for a natural steam bath from the entrapped hotsprings steam. It will be a unique experience to those staying at @thebanjaranhotsprings retreat. Let jie walk u thru their different caves 😍❤️
There are different natural caves in the retreat.
1/ Thermal Steam Cave & Ice Bath
Seek solace in this cave with a platform overlooking a body of clear geothermal hot springs water. Indulge in the resulting natural sauna for a restorative therapy to soothe, relax and detoxify and continue to plunge into their freezing ice bath which helps improve blood circulation, reduce blood pressure and strengthen the parasympathetic as well as sympathetic nervous systems.
2/ Crystal Cave
Crystal Cave is filled with amethyst and quartz crystals which facilitates metaphysical healing. We took time in the cave checking thru the crystals and found that some guests who came had tried to break and steal some crystals. So sad. Be a good person, dont do that when u visit here.
3/ Meditation Cave
We live their waterfall right outside the entrance of the meditation cave. Be still and embrace the moment in their meditation cave, with the absence of external sounds and interruptions to help facilitate your practice. Find your centre in this natural granite and limestone cave. Find your peace and solace here.

Breathing exercise and ice bath with the Wim Hof masters in Bangnasty! Although i only lasted 30 seconds 🥴🥶

But what is “Breathing exercise” and why?

It is similar to Tummo (inner heat) Meditation and Pranayama (yogic breathing). The exercises are focused on 60 deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations, described by Wim as ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’ and are followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for 2 minutes. By practicing the breathing exercises, you are releasing more energy, influencing your nervous system and changing various physiological responses. You are inducing voluntarily a short stress response which ultimately will lead to more resilience towards everyday stress, mentally and physiology and feeling more in control.

And why ice bath? ❄️🌊

It is common for professional athletes to jump into a tub of ice water after an intense race or game. This is because Ice baths have a number of potential benefits for physical recovery, and it increases parasympathetic activity. Ice bath helps to flush metabolic waste from your body, while also getting oxygen and nutrients to your muscles and lower inflammation after intense physical exercise. Exposing your body to cold conditions on a regular basis can make you more resilient to stress. As your body adjusts to the cold, the vagus nerve is stimulated, which is connected to many important organs by means of the parasympathetic nervous system. The resulting increase in parasympathetic activity has positive effects on all kinds of conditions such as anxiety, depression, and gut problems. Cold temperatures also stimulate the activation of brown fat tissue throughout your body. Brown fat helps your body to generate heat as it burns off white fat. Therefore, taking regular ice baths helps prevent the accumulation of excess body weight!!
