The first thing that I had to do when I breastfeed my little ones was ditching all my pre pregnancy bras.. and going out without those padded bras made me so insecure because I have inherited hard "rocks" with amicable supply from the milk factory (really blessed I know 🙏) so it was no more wires or "perk ups".
And honestly for a start, I really feel quite unconfident to see my twins not being supportive as before.
But as the time pass by of releasing the pressure of having pushed up all the time, I actually felt relived & frankly quite comfortable without all the "support" and without the wires I don't get much engorgement anymore!
