唔知大家有冇聽過「乘風航」，或者中學嗰陣玩過？！話說中學嗰陣我參加過一個活動，係要上一隻船度過三日兩夜，期間要進行一系列嘅歷奇活動。
距離嗰陣記憶雖然已經模糊，但印象中我記得要喺幾層樓咁高嘅船頂跳落海，仲有一team三個人、得一個水泡，喺海中心合力游去岸邊。記得嗰次體驗真係改變咗我好多，令向來驕生慣養嘅我突破咗自己嘅comfort zone。
最近睇咗一本叫《志⾵號：外展精神的搖籃》嘅書，突然勾起咗我中學嗰段回憶。同「乘風航」唔同嘅係，「志風號」係一隻更加大型嘅遠航訓練帆船，做嘅訓練對象更廣、更深入！「乘風航」最遠都可能只圍繞香港水域，但「志風號」係可以去到菲律賓、日本，成個訓練可以長達一個月！
其實「志風號」已經喺20年前退咗役喇！雖然已經過咗咁耐，一眾曾經上過船，或者受訓過嘅學員，都難忘曾經喺船上經歷過嘅一點一滴。為咗令呢啲故事可以記錄落嚟，於是就誕生咗呢本書！
當我睇呢本書嘅時候，除咗令我中學參加「乘風航」嘅畫面重現，有啲喺海上發生嘅情節仲好驚心動魄，有啲又令人好感動。自問都係一個鍾意adventure嘅人，我好羨慕書中分享嘅人物，曾經有份可以喺「志⾵號」上面參與訓練，而且係可以去為期近一個月嘅菲律賓、日本，過程中仲有得荒島求生，同隊友建立深厚嘅合作關係，諗起都覺得勁好玩！
「志⾵號」雖然已退役二十周年，但慶幸有書、有文字去將呢啲故事記錄低，讓人去回味同透過文字去經歷，而「志⾵號」上所提倡面對困難時要有嘅正面態度、唔氣餒、唔放棄、越戰越強嘅精神，亦都帶畀咗我好多鼓勵同啟發。

As an individual sport athlete for decade, I might have always looked at win-lose once I am at the startline. But sometimes, when we share a common goal, All we need to do is reach out the others, and the rest could be sort out as natural as it comes😉🤜🏽🤛🏽
