I have been very busy but I can’t forget to talk with my parents in Kyoto Japan.

I am so lucky that both my parents are healthy and happy! I am so thankful and grateful.

It was so difficult to convince my mom to join food delivery service so that they she doest have to go grocery shopping!

But a few weeks she insisted that she wants go shopping food (because she loves “sale” and don’t want to waste money! I totally get it.. but there is more important fact now. I explained this so many times!

So I added a few tape lesson students so they get a little more money so finally they are doing!! (Ordering food online) So she only needs to go out less and get some fresh vegetables!

Their health results are better now! I am so happy to hear that. Because they eat more vegetables and my father stop buying precooked food from grocery store anymore.

They both vaccinated now.
I am so thankful 🙏❤️👍

Today I'm going to show you how it's like being locked down and staying home 24hours in Singapore. To make it short, my life right now consists of only 3 elements: delivery food, work and exercise. Initially I felt like I was being jailed but I eventually developed my new routine and found ways to enjoy the time during lock down.
