We had a wonderful dinner at the 1 Michelin star restaurant @octavium8 ,this weekend, credit to our talented n beloved chef @bjoern_alexander_75 .❤️
Food is so well served like art pieces and every dishes will definitely tickle your taste buds!
Our favorite dishes are the Lobster wif Cantelope Melon sauce N 🌟the super delicious Abalone wif Comte cheese sauce n Abalone liver
1st Course: Beetroot carpaccio with goats cheese
2nd: Lobster / Cantelope Melon / sweet peas / Smoked pike roe
3rd: Abalone / Zuchini Fritta / Comte cheese sauce / Abalone liver
Main course: the pigeon
4th: Pasta with Sicilian red prawns
5th: chocolate souffle
米芝連一星餐廳🍴不一定在大品牌酒店, 小小雅致的餐館, 最好笑容的大廚,能夠將我固有思想鮑魚就係媽咪成日用陳皮蒸到搽膠咁,beetroot 可以變成魚生, 龍蝦同西班牙紅蝦煮到al dente,尼間餐飯係一分錢一分貨之選。
