This is my first ever cooking video, many people asked me what I eat, so.... here you go! This is what I eat. And the recipe is not difficult, and most importantly, it’s Delicious 😋!!!!!!

Today both lunch and dinner handled by two chefs. It’s amazing that these two chefs managed to complete cooking in harmony 😝 and the food tasted very good. Said the Chefs themselves.

Dinner: OAL favourite Chicken Fajitas. With tortilla bread, sour cream, Long sweet bell pepper, onion, carrot and prawn.

Lunch: Vietnamese Fresh Prawn Spring Roll. The superb part was the sauce. It was made with peanut butter, milk, chili, garlic and vinegar. Out of the world.

So we went to Vietnam and end with Mexico.

Today is calories loading day!

OAL 4000 times Soufflé omelette! Recipe was passed to me by my hubby, and he told me to go and have some fun. Ok it’s turned out to be quite fun, not just the whisking part, but also the part when I turn over the soufflé and compress it. Very therapeutic.
