Who gets to tell you whether you are good enough?
Does your education, credentials, family background, looks, financial situation, area of residence, what car you drive, what clothes you wear, your job, employer, spouse, parents, children, followers, the labels given to you determine if you are good enough?
The only ever critic and supporter of ourselves is always...us.
If we truly support ourselves, never hold back an ounce of our humongous love, to understand how some people live by criticising or being aloof (and it’s absolutely their right to choose), but in understanding why, there is no need to take it personally, or turn down our absolute warmth and joy, because no one gets to tell me how I feel and who I am but me.
