Less than 2 months ago, a few silly people and I decided to sign up for a triathlon. Some of the people in the group had not even ever covered the respective distances for the swim, bike, and run before, and if they had, many years have passed since they had done so. A few days ago, we went through with this challenge, and each of us pushed through from start to finish without one quitter. It is safe to say that each of us have learned some new things, found new gears within ourselves, and will have an idea as to how to go about it the next time around. I am honored to have been able to share this experience with this wonderful group.

將近兩個月前我們幾位傻傻的決定要報名一場鐵人三項賽事。雖然大家不算有很認真的準備，但前幾天仍然還是都順利的完成了此挑戰。不過，過程當中立即發現有許多該加強的地方，令人期待下一次。（還好沒淹死🤪）
