兒子今晚抱着我説：我們要獲得更多。
我問：更多的什麽？
兒子：一切也更多。
孩子永遠也最直接，他們知道父母可以成為更多，也想看到父母不收起自己去成為他們心裡面了不起的人。
發光發亮，這是做父母的責任，因為每個孩子也在等待，看得見父母的光亮時，也去讓自己活出光亮。
Son hugged me tonight and said: we have to be more.
More of what? I asked.
More of everything was his answer.
I was touched to the core of this conversation as it held me with so much love. That as a parent I am encouraged by my child to live fuller to the truth and amazingness of myself every day, as when I do, he also knows he could.
Always live in the grand magnificence that we are every step of the way. .

I feel an overflowing fountain of appreciation for everything in my life. If you think my life is easy or perfect, think again😂 I feel touched because my life is deeply imperfect but there is an unreserved passion to see it as it is, accept the challenges, change some patterns but most of all develop and feel the deepening steadiness I am building with myself.
I used to be all over the place—completely emotional and hysterical, super shut down and timid and I don’t want to engage with anyone or anything that disturbed this sensitivity, true story.
So how was I able to gradually evolve from that to who I am today? How am I able to now hold myself through the pressures and intensities of the fashion industry and life?
It is not my luck, nor by avoiding everything that challenged me to commit deeper back into my amazingness, rather it is by a deep honoring of my body and of every feeling. I welcome the lessons that challenge me to be more, the vulnerability that ignites resolute and strength.
I also deeply appreciate platforms such as @wellmagazineasia where there are voices to express real and raw, inspiring change by one honest expression at a time.
