Day 15 pantang. No filter, no makeup just me at home. ❤️🤱🏻 Sofia is sleeping so sempat nak ambik gambar kejap! 😂🥰 So far:
Healing Alhamdulillah, slow and steady. Urut everyday, bertungku and sauna every second day 10 minutes je, enough for me 💦. Lost 8kg so far..only 3kgs left to pre pregnancy weight.
