加洲發牌俾商業自動駕使車輛公司，唔知香港幾時有？

沒根據的唬爛，我拿國際駕照在加州就被警察攔下警告無照駕駛。

人家根本不認得這個好嗎？

不是每個州都承認IDP（International Driving Permit）。駕照屬於州管轄，而非聯邦。這點連美國政府網站都載明：「Contact the motor vehicle department of each state you will drive in for its requirements. 」

你知道嗎?

去美國時,持中華民國的國際駕照,美國承認;但是如果是持中華人民共和國的國際駕照到美國,結果是"無照駕駛",還要上法院.
原因就是:中國並不是聯合國“日內瓦道路交通公約”及“維也納道路交通公約”的締約國;而中華民國是!!!

*一名到美國伊利諾伊州探親的邱姓男子，在春田市開車時遇到警察攔檢，出示了中國駕照和“國際駕照”，結果被警察以“無證駕駛”罪名控罪，要求上法庭。
*2017年12月31日，山東菏澤高速公路，一名美籍華人趁新年期間回國探親，下飛機回老家的路上，和開車累了的朋友輪替了一下。他當時持有國際駕照和美國駕照，想當然以為美國和國際駕照同樣在中國通用，結果被抓併罰了款。

因為根據《聯合國道路交通公約》規定，擁有國際駕照，並且持有有效本國駕照的人，可以180個國家或地區開車。但中國並沒有加入該《公約》，所以持有國際駕照並不能在中國使用。需要到當地公安機關車輛管理部門換領中國機動車駕駛證才可以上路。在中國無證駕駛，可能要被處罰200-2000元的罰款，還可以並處15日以下的拘留。

在亞洲區,有加入該公約的國家計有:
亞美尼亞、亞塞拜疆、巴林、喬治亞、中華民國、印尼、伊朗、以色列、科威特、吉爾吉斯、蒙古、巴基斯坦、菲律賓、卡達、韓國、塞席爾群島、塔吉克、泰國、土耳其、土庫曼、阿拉伯聯合大公國、烏茲別克

實際上，國際駕照不是一個駕駛執照，它只是以公約中規定的標準式樣、用8種語言為駕駛員出具的一份證明。

所以，你要弄清楚2件事：

1、你所在國是上述兩個公約的合約國；

2、這只是一份證明，不是一個證件，不能單獨當ID使用

聯合國英文條約原文:Signed on behalf of the Republic of China on 19 December 1969. See note concerning signatures, ratifications, accessions, etc. on behalf of China (note 1 under "China" in the "Histrocial Information" section in the front matter of this volume.).

With reference to the above-mentioned signature, communications have been addressed to the Secretary-General by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Albania and the Permanent Missions to the United Nations of Bulgaria, Mongolia, Romania and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, stating that their Governments did not recognize the said signature as valid since the only Government authorized to represent China and to assume obligations on its behalf was the Government of the People's Republic of China.

In letters addressed to the Secretary-General in regard to the above-mentioned communications, the Permanent Representative of China to the United Nations stated that the Republic of China, a sovereign State and Member of the United Nations, had attended the United Nations Conference on Road Traffic 1968, and contributed to the formulation of, and signed the Convention on Road Traffic and the Convention on Road Signs and Signals, and that "any statements or reservations relating to these two Conventions that are incompatible or derogatory to the legitimate position of the Government of the Republic of China shall in no way affect the rights and obligations of the Republic of China as a signatory of the said two Conventions."

然而這篇也同樣熱門 甚至更有意義的卻被忽視了

所以筆者決定自己把字幕找出來 一句一句翻給大家看

希望能對學弟妹有些幫助 看完能有些想法 順便練英文囉XD

バンディット（Bandit）とは、スズキ株式会社が販売しているオートバイの車種。排気量、製造年次、仕様地別に数種類がある。尚、現在はバンディット1250/Sのみが販売されている。車名のバンディットとは「山賊」のことである。

なおバンディッドの正式型番はGSF（ジーエスエフ）であるため、本項ではGSFシリーズとして発売された車両についても記述する。
GSF1200は1995年に発売された。低回転域のトルクの重厚さを売りにした車両であり、4000回転で最大トルクを発揮する強力なエンジンを搭載している。海外ではBandit1200の車名で輸出されていた。国内ではモデルチェンジとして発売されたイナズマ1200を挟み、2000年に再びモデルチェンジを受けてバンディット1200として発売されることになった。なお共に型番「S」のハーフカウル仕様もある。また、GSF1200Sには、二輪車には当時珍しかったABS搭載車種も存在した。

当車には白バイ仕様も存在しており、ベースにはハーフカウル仕様のGSF1200SのABS仕様をモデルとして、専用カウル、速度取締メーター、 SMPスイッチ、サイレン、パトランプの取り付けやサイドパニアケース、大型エンジンガード、大出力オルタネーター、警察無線用機材、等の専用部品の装着などを行い、車名もバンディットではなくGSF1200Pとなる。2004年から千葉県警察を皮切りに警視庁を中心に各都道府県警で旧型車（VFR750P RC35）の置き換えを目的として導入が進んでいる。なお白バイ仕様の形式はBC-GV75Cと表記される。都道府県によっては導入数は現在の主力車種であるVFR800P(RC49)に並ぶほどとなっている。

なおスズキは2004年8月6日に国土交通大臣へ対しGSF1200Pのリコールの届出を行っている。リコール内容はスピードセンサーパネル圧入不良。

カワサキ・バリオス（BALIUS）とは、かつて川崎重工業が製造販売していた総排気量250ccのオートバイである。

Because the formal type turn of Bandid is GSF (Gaesef), the vehicle put on the market as GSF series is described in this paragraph.
GSF1200 was put on the market in 1995. The introduction is advanced to replace old model car (VFR750P RC35) in each capital Dofu prefectural police around the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department starting on the Chiba Prefecture police in 2004. The form of the speed-cop's motorcycle specification is written as BC-GV75C. The number of introductions queues up in VFR800P(RC49) that is a present leading model according to administrative divisions.

The sea bass is against the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on August 6, 2004 and is doing the written report of the recall of GSF1200P. The speed sensor panel press-fitting of the content of the recall is defective.

Kawasaki Barios (BALIUS) is a motorcycle of total displacement 250cc to which Kawasaki Heavy Industries had done the manufacturing sales before.
